Thank you so much for your quick response. Brendon did a fantastic job, very professional and knowledgeable. He evaluated how our garage door was functioning and went through each part to explain its condition and what he could do to improve or fix it. He listened to our questions and answered them so we understood. When he completed the work we agreed to, the garage door was much quieter and he did a great job with new wiring. It’s great to know we can count on Precision Garage Door Service to take care of us!

So first of all the only garage door company where you can book your appointment online is precision doors and then I got a call from the Repair guy letting me know how much time until he arrived and then he arrived exactly at that time he gave me a very high tax pictures taken overview of the need And then I agreed, and then he had all the parts on his truck to fixed it in an hour – it honestly could not have been more perfect!!!

"Precision" represents what I always hope to experience with any company at the house for service, delivery, repair, whatever it may be. "Grant" was my tech who arrived right on time in a fully loaded, professional service truck with whatever he might need to repair an old, broken garage door lift. He was polite and clearly described what he could do with a quote that was very reasonable so he replaced the old opener (1997 old) and installed a new lift on the door that didn't have one and I am set! Grant and Precision clearly know their business quite well. If there were a 10 star option I'd give them 10.

While searching for a company to repair our disabled garage door we were fortunate to select Precision Overhead Door...but even more fortunate to be assigned Grant Barr and his brother Ben. I was extremely impressed with the fellers sent to me from Precision Garage Doors! Brendon and Gage analyzed my problem.They showed me what the problem was and gave me 3 options to consider before they started working. Those men dove right in and made repairs with a new system that was much more reliable than the previous system. I will definitely call Precision if I ever have a problem again. But I think that will be a long time out as these guys did a wonderful job. They were also very respectful of me and my dog Bubba. Thanks Precision! Y'all did a bang up job!
