Caleb was the service provider. He was punctual, arriving at the time he stated he would in the phone call prior to the appointment. He addressed three concerns I had. He provided options and advice regarding my issues. My issues were all addressed. One completely, and the other two in the best way possible. Those issues lie with the door and the door manufacturer. I received a Veteran's discount (APPRECIATED), as advertised, and the ratings in the advertising were useful. Caleb was definitely courteous and professional. My expectations were definitely met.
