I think my husband called to respond to questions about the service we received from your tech Josey. He was not able to program my car to my garage opener, but neither were two other experts so I got a new clicker instead. He did a great job in other areas. I would recommend Precision Doors and Brendon to anyone needing garage door opener repair or new garage doors for that matter. I called in the morning and he came out in an hour. It is some of the best service I have ever received. He walked me through the repair, the costs, and time to repair, which was about 45 minutes. If I am ever in the need for service, repair, or new garage doors, I would not hesitate calling Precision and Brendon for assistance.

Saw the aid on TV and called to see if they would come to Halfway. Surprise, they said sure, no problem. Called 2 other Springfield companies before and they said to far and additional travel expense. Grant got here when he said and 30 minutes early. Gave me the estimate for the 2 garage doors and asked if I was a Veteran. That really impressed me. Nocked 10% off the estimate and 2 hours later everything was done. He explained everthing he did and demonstrated both door operations. Smooth and Quiet! Great job and highly recommend.

Had never used u before but another large company in Springfield. But it was the reviews on your website that prompted me to call your company. The two employees were very courteous and explained everything. Had the work done in a timely manner and there were no pressure sales that you should go this way. It was explained and I was given the opportunity to discuss and figure out the best solution for me. Would recommend this company to others.

This was an expensive service call!! The line item trip fee of $89 does NOT go towards any work done on arrival. To realign the sensors with 45 minutes labor - and with NO parts required, the total bill was $248.95!

When I called your business I asked for an estimate to install a garage door opener and adjust the current springs. She said an installer would come out for $89 and determine a price. The installer gave me two prices, $1995.00 and a much higher price. I would have appreciated knowing your company was going to charge that much and I could have thanked them and saved $89.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Precision Garage Door! Both Brendon and Manny were so polite, professional and knowledgeable! They did a very thorough inspection of all parts of the garage door. They figured out what the problem was. Explained their findings and fixed it. In addition they did some miscellaneous adjustments. They lubed everything and my 19 year old garage door opener is now working perfectly and is so much quieter! If you are having garage door problems, you should definitely call Precision first!!

We called Precision to replace the seal on the bottom of the door and to do a maintenance check. Brendon did a fine job and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After the inspection he pointed out problem areas on our 26 year door opener. He gave us several options. No pressure. Now the door opens quicker, is a lot quieter and the seal looks great.

Graham was great. He kept me informed on his projected arrival time and when he arrived was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and pointed out that the new hinge was working. He stated that even though the hinge worked the panels could still bind up over time and suggested we put a reinforcement bar to eliminate the problem and I agreed. So now my garage door operates as it should.
