I called for service late in the afternoon, the service was scheduled for the next day, at a time convenient for me! The service technician was on time. He performed troubleshooting and determined I needed a new garage door opener. I selected the opener, which he had on his truck!! He immediately installed the new opener. He was courteous and friendly. He took the old opener so I didn't have to dispose of it! Great job! I'd highly recommend!

I called on a freezing Sunday evening for a needed repair, I couldn’t get my door down because of an accident! Your team showed up Monday morning and were very nice, professional and explained my options for the repair. I thought it was a little bit more than I expected but I had to have it fixed. Caleb the tech that came out to inspect my garage door, did a great job. He replaced the door rollers and found a cracked hinge which i didn't even notice when i inspected the door before i made the appointment. Caleb also lubed all the hinges and inspected everything and now my garage door works like it was new. Thank you Caleb for the quick service!

I saw a commercial for making your garage door operation quiet, and it got my attention. I called them and they made me a quick appointment. Tech came the next day and fixed my problem with replacement plastic rollers. Made a 90% change in the noise and the smoothness of the operation of the door. They were very professional and highly competent in installing the original doors and very prompt and diligent in repairing one of the doors that was damaged, I called at 4:30 wed and Austin was here at 5:30. I appreciated that I only need a new track and not a new door. Very honest. It reminds me of when the doors were installed. One door arrived late and the owner called to apologize and give us a discount. Very professional. I certainly recommend Precision Garage Door.
