I am super impressed!! I had a spring that broke with my vehicle inside the garage. I called and the receptionist was very helpful and polite. I told her my situation and she got on it. The tech called and showed up before the appointment time and got right to work. The job was finished quickly and looked great. Then he cleaned up the work area and was on to his next appointment. Very Impressed!!! I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you for being upfront and honest.

Had a spring break in a 1993 Promax. Grant was incredibly informative and courteous walking me through what needed to be done to fix it and any issues he saw that might occur later. Replaced both springs and barrings and it now works like a champ. Highly recommend very affordable and just did an amazing job.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Precision Garage Door! I was referred to them by a neighbor and I would definitely refer them to others. My service tech was Grant and he called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, and that’s when he arrived! He was very friendly and he made sure to explain the problem thoroughly and to let me know what my options were for the present and the future. I will definitely call them again and ask for Grant!

Crazy easy to schedule online. Called before they got there right on time (he asked if he could pick me up a drink). Very professional in every way gave the estimate I ask if the other door needed attention we looked at it and decided on a full refresh of both doors. They use better than OEM parts fantastic work would highly recommend!

Precision Garage Door company is the real deal. They listen to their customers and design a product to meet each customers needs. My situation was unique and Precision Garage Door company did everything to design a product that worked for me. Grant was professional, a good listener and knew what he was doing. I choose Precision Garage Door because they did a repair for me in the past and were very courteous and professional. This time I called because I had damaged my door and it wouldn't close. Blake came out the day I called and accessed the damage. I had a couple of options, repair or buy a new door. I decided to buy a new door and then asked about 2 doors so both my doors would match. He was able to coordinate the purchase of both doors and get the first door on its way. Very courteous and helpful. One door had to be ordered but the damaged door was able to be replaced the same day. Austin and Manson came with my new door. Took the old one out and replaced it with the new door. They both were very nice and professional. My new door looks great. They did a great job. Thank you!
