Aaron Espy was very pleasant and explained to me what he was doing. He checked the door seal as that is what I needed due to rain water leaking under the door into the garage. He also lubed the springs, etc on the door.

I was very happy with Grant taking care of my garage door. I was hoping for Brenden again, because he was so good. But Grant was equally as good. Both friendly, courteous, nice guys. I had Precision completely rebuild our door last year which included a 7 year warranty. I was under the assumption that everything on the door was covered. I asked the service representative about the warranty when I called. Her reply was she didn’t have access to that info. The technician was prompt and courteous. He replaced the key pad as needed and then presented me with the $124 bill. He explained why and even checked with his manager. If I had known I could have replaced it myself and saved a service change. Your service and response was exceptional.

Very impressed by your fast response time and excellent repair done by your technician Aaron Espy.. Your tech was here in an hour and a half after I called. He did a thorough inspection of the rollers and gave three estimates. I just needed a broken spring replaced and he did it quickly.

We had our garage door go off the track due to bad cable and the garage door could not shut all the way. Precision came out first thing in the morning and repaired what needed to be done and had it working in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend them.

My garage door had basically torn away from it's metal frame, called about getting a new door that day, was told no, Blake Henry came to look at the door, said I needed a new door and opener. I picked the color and opener. Gave him a check for half of the amount, said someone would call and schedule the install when the door comes in, however he never mentioned any discounts for seniors or disabled vets. He called me when he got back to the office and said the door was in stock, and when would I like it installed, as soon as possible. Austin Calhoun came and installed it and the opener, he was very professional and did an excellent job, would recommend your company to anyone who would need your services.

Our garage door broke this morning. It was around 10:00 this morning. We called Precision which is just around the corner from where we live. Josh showed up at 12:00 noon and left around 3:30. We were so appreciable of him coming on a Saturday. He knew by looking what the problem was and he had all the parts with him to fix it. He was great to work with and went over with us the different options he had to fix it. We would definitely call Precision in the future if we have any issues. For the past 26 years I have used a major nationwide garage door company for my garage door needs. I called Precision Garage Door for the first time today. Aaron Espy arrived within 2 hours of my call and he was professional, personal and I really liked him. He was easy to talk to and knew what he was doing. I told him what I needed, he wrote an estimate and I was extremely happy with the price. He repaired one of my doors while he was there and ordered panels etc. for my other door. The reason I called Precision is I have seen their trucks while driving around and realized they are located close to me. Glad I called!

Grant was my service provider. I had a broken spring, not only did he replace the springs, he went over both of my garages. I needed more than just the springs replaced. He was honest, no pressure, but pointed out what might and could happen in the near future. In 20 years, we had no clue how bad our garage opener had aged. Grant , is so knowledgeable, never once did I feel pressured. His work was amazing, he’s definitely an asset to this company. He’s very polite and kind. I would recommend Grant, from this company, if you are in need of help for your garage.
