Yesterday we had the unfortunate timing of the spring in our garage door breaking. I called Precision Garage Door Company, and they could have someone out that day if it was an emergency (car trapped and I had to leave), because we have other cars, I set the appointment up for the next day, so today. Aaron, called about 20 minutes before he arrived. Aaron was very professional and got our garage door fixed very quickly. We ended up getting the other 2 doors replaced since they were older than the one that broke, just to not have them break at an in opportune time. I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door needs.

Fastest reponse time I've ever had from anyone. Called at 10:30 , they were here at 12:00. Very personable and knowledgeable young man installed new door opener. Fixed some other smaller problems. Price was very reasonable compared to other companies.

Aaron with Precision Door called me to advise of his arrival time, and even asked if I wanted him to bring me a coffee! He was knowledgeable, courtesy, and explained everything that was needed to ensure excellent working of my two garage doors. I was prepared to replace the openers if necessary; however, Aaron advised me the life expectancy of the openers, checked the date on them, and could find nothing that indicated a replacement was necessary for quite a while. He also explained the options to replace the springs, rollers and associated parts on both doors.There was no pressure exerted, and I was allowed to ask my questions and make my own decisions about the options I wanted to choose. I cannot say enough about the excellent impression I have of the company. The quality of personnel that I dealt with, and the integrity and honesty in giving me the information necessary to allow me to decide which repairs were necessary and which could wait many years. I feel that there probably are places who would have let me replace the openers without indicating it really wasn't necessary. I was referred to Precision Door by my sister who had an equally good experience with them, and I will refer them when given the opportunity.

The guys were professional, efficient, and no-nonsense. They showed up, took care of what needed to be done, and did it right. Dan came out to our residence and had a quote for the work to be done within minutes. Tech has also been to our residence previously and taken complete care of needed repairs and preventative maintenance. Nothing is cheap anymore…..Very pleased with their work.
