Saw the aid on TV and called to see if they would come to Halfway. Surprise, they said sure, no problem. Called 2 other Springfield companies before and they said to far and additional travel expense. Grant got here when he said and 30 minutes early. Gave me the estimate for the 2 garage doors and asked if I was a Veteran. That really impressed me. Nocked 10% off the estimate and 2 hours later everything was done. He explained everthing he did and demonstrated both door operations. Smooth and Quiet! Great job and highly recommend.

This was an expensive service call!! The line item trip fee of $89 does NOT go towards any work done on arrival. To realign the sensors with 45 minutes labor - and with NO parts required, the total bill was $248.95!

Graham was great. He kept me informed on his projected arrival time and when he arrived was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and pointed out that the new hinge was working. He stated that even though the hinge worked the panels could still bind up over time and suggested we put a reinforcement bar to eliminate the problem and I agreed. So now my garage door operates as it should.

"Precision" represents what I always hope to experience with any company at the house for service, delivery, repair, whatever it may be. "Grant" was my tech who arrived right on time in a fully loaded, professional service truck with whatever he might need to repair an old, broken garage door lift. He was polite and clearly described what he could do with a quote that was very reasonable so he replaced the old opener (1997 old) and installed a new lift on the door that didn't have one and I am set! Grant and Precision clearly know their business quite well. If there were a 10 star option I'd give them 10.

I reached out to precision to help diagnose and fix some issues with an old garage door. They arrive on time, had everything assessed and were able to give a complete assessment of what needed to happen in less than 30 minutes. As the customer we were able to talk through pros and cons of the assessment and prioritize what we wanted done. The service man was able to do everything same day and within about 2.5 hours from arrival. Fast, friendly and I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want. Thank you, we will call again do we ever need anything!

While searching for a company to repair our disabled garage door we were fortunate to select Precision Overhead Door...but even more fortunate to be assigned Grant Barr and his brother Ben. Their parents must be extremely proud of producing two such fine gentlemen who proved to also be dedicated, skilled workers. Their courtesy and concern for us and our property was greatly appreciated as was the expert, expedient manner in which they completed the complex repair. We called Precision door at 4 o'clock Friday afternoon to come look at a garage door opener that was no longer working. Grant came out at 11 am Saturday morning, and had a new opener installed in about an hour. Very reasonably priced and you can't beat the customer service. We just bought this property and needed garage door remotes programmed for the 3 large garage doors. We had a service tech here within a few hours who was able to resolve our issue and program the remotes. He also gave us a report on the condition of the springs and cables on the 3 doors. We are so grateful we now have that information. From the customer service rep who took my call to the professional and fast service from the tech...we highly recommend Precision!

Our garage door springs broke Friday evening. The door was too heavy to open. We called Precision and told them we needed to be out of the house by 10 am Saturday morning. They had Grant at our house at 8 am Saturday and had our door repaired before 10am!!! Grant was very professional and friendly. Showed us what was broken and inspected the whole door for other parts that may be damaged. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service or replacement parts. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. My garage door broke on Wednesday and they had it completely replaced on Saturday. They're a little pricey, but I got 0% financing for 12 months and I feel that they are worth every penny. They were very friendly and professional and did a great job replacing my door and door opener.

Our Technician was Grant, when he called to tell me he was on the way, he offered to buy me a cup of coffee. I have never had any other person do that so knew he would be exceptional. Grant was very knowledgeable, polite and explained things so I could understand. Fixed our current issue within a reasonable time and the price was reasonable.
