Service tech spent 25 minutes taking pictures of all components of my garage door and then suggested I replace the springs. My call was to program my remotes. After 30 minutes he said he could program 2 remotes for an additional $75. I paid for a service call $89 and told him to load his ladder.

The 5 star rating and the great options was why we chose Precision Garage Doors. Baron came out to repair our garage door opener but we had already decided to buy new garage doors. So there was no up-sale. Baron was professional and very knowledgeable about garage doors/openers which helped us to make an informed decision. He stayed and replaced the garage door that wasn’t working to make sure we could open the current garage door until our new garage doors arrived.

We had our garage door go off the track due to bad cable and the garage door could not shut all the way. Precision came out first thing in the morning and repaired what needed to be done and had it working in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend them.

We recently had a new door and opener installed and it looks and works great. They had a 5 star rating and they lived up to it. Austin and Manson did a great job. They were honest and reasonable about their charges, and you just can't find same-day service at these rates very often. Great, fast service at a fair price. Problem solved and new safety sensors replaced within a couple of hours of my call! The installers (Austin and Aaron) were truly professional and very friendly. Wow!! Called Thursday afternoon bc my garage door came off the track! Rollers popped out, the track got bent up, door would not close and so on. Precision made an appt for us 8am the next morning! Manny called Friday morning before he showed up, arrived on time and was super helpful and knowledgeable! Man does he do great work!! How he did that alone is beyond me. He certainly must be a major part of why this company is so highly reviewed and trusted. Very grateful for him and the company for working to get my garage back up and running, and in such short time. Even though Manny could get my garage working again, he gave me a few options (like a “good, better, best” type of options) I opted to have the old parts replaced (spring, motor, etc), as this is an older garage system.
