We recently had a new door and opener installed and it looks and works great. They had a 5 star rating and they lived up to it. Austin and Manson did a great job. They were prompt on the service call and worked till they got the job done. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite and professional. I would certainly call them again.

I chose Precision Garage because of their proximity first, but I was quickly impressed by the entire staff from the first phone call. They were honest and reasonable about their charges, and you just can't find same-day service at these rates very often. Great, fast service at a fair price. Problem solved and new safety sensors replaced within a couple of hours of my call! The installers (Austin and Aaron) were truly professional and very friendly. I Will be giving my highest recommendations to anyone in need of their services!

Aaron was a pleasure to work with. We hung out while he fixed a spring and some various tune up work. He explained the process, was so thorough, and genuinely a good man. He challenged himself to do it in less that 35 minutes, and he did!! I never thought I’d say garage door repair was fun, but Aaron make the experience fun.

We met at the 2025 Branson Home Show. An analysis of our garage doors were completed. Grant responded to my frantic call of the broken garage door spring within two hours (what a relief!). I cannot recommend Precision Garage Door more highly! After spending weeks fighting with my home warranty company and another garage door company, I called Precision. They were at my house and replaced the spring in less than 24 hours after my call! Tremendous customer service! The garage door technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything. Wow!! Called Thursday afternoon bc my garage door came off the track! Rollers popped out, the track got bent up, door would not close and so on. Precision made an appt for us 8am the next morning! Manny called Friday morning before he showed up, arrived on time and was super helpful and knowledgeable! Man does he do great work!! How he did that alone is beyond me. He certainly must be a major part of why this company is so highly reviewed and trusted. Very grateful for him and the company for working to get my garage back up and running, and in such short time. Even though Manny could get my garage working again, he gave me a few options (like a “good, better, best” type of options) I opted to have the old parts replaced (spring, motor, etc), as this is an older garage system. Peace of mind. Manny is incredible! Thanks so much!!

He evaluated how our garage door was functioning and went through each part to explain its condition and what he could do to improve or fix it. He listened to our questions and answered them so we understood. When he completed the work we agreed to, the garage door was much quieter and he did a great job with new wiring. So first of all the only garage door company where you can book your appointment online is precision doors and then I got a call from the Repair guy letting me know how much time until he arrived and then he arrived exactly at that time he gave me a very high tax pictures taken overview of the need And then I agreed, and then he had all the parts on his truck to fixed it in an hour – it honestly could not have been more perfect!!!
