While we were on Vacation our house sitter accidently drove her vehicle through our garage door. Because we were away, we had many questions concerning the repair of what had happened. When we returned home, we called Precision and 24hrs later, we had a quote to replace our door. The next morning they called us back and explained that they wanted to help us out with a "promotion" and replace the door plus assembly for free, a $2800.00 savings!!! We were blown away and of course took them up on the offer. In 48hrs of returning from our trip we had a new, upgraded door. These guys are great, highly recommend. *****

I would recommend Precision Doors and Brendon to anyone needing garage door opener repair or new garage doors for that matter. I called in the morning and he came out in an hour. It is some of the best service I have ever received. He walked me through the repair, the costs, and time to repair, which was about 45 minutes. If I am ever in the need for service, repair, or new garage doors, I would not hesitate calling Precision and Brendon for assistance.

First class service! From the original appointment, option presentation, sale, delivery and installation these guys did it right. Josey was our installer and he was professional, diligent and cleaned up after the job was completed. Dan came out with options and worked through all of the questions. These guys communicated! We called Precision door at 4 o'clock Friday afternoon to come look at a garage door opener that was no longer working. Grant came out at 11 am Saturday morning, and had a new opener installed in about an hour. Very reasonably priced and you can't beat the customer service. Grant explained all my options very thoroughly and even did an inspection of my existing parts. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Grant did an outstanding job!! Thank you
