I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Precision Garage Door! I was referred to them by a neighbor and I would definitely refer them to others. My service tech was Grant and he called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, and that’s when he arrived! I called Pricision because they replaced the lift 3 years ago. It took over 24 hours to get service. However, technician Blake Henrywas very helpful and found some major problems, hence I have ordered a new door. My major complaint is when I call I get a switch board operator that is not even familiar with our area. 3 years ago I felt with a local office. Checking your website, precision doesn’t even show up when I key in my zipcode. Had I have known I was dealing with a conglomerate I would have called a local company.

They were very professional and highly competent in installing the original doors and very prompt and diligent in repairing one of the doors that was damaged, I called at 4:30 wed and Austin was here at 5:30. I appreciated that I only need a new track and not a new door. Very honest. It reminds me of when the doors were installed. One door arrived late and the owner called to apologize and give us a discount. Very professional. I certainly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Precision Garage Door! Both Brendon and Manny were so polite, professional and knowledgeable! They did a very thorough inspection of all parts of the garage door. They figured out what the problem was. Explained their findings and fixed it. In addition they did some miscellaneous adjustments. They lubed everything and my 19 year old garage door opener is now working perfectly and is so much quieter! If you are having garage door problems, you should definitely call Precision first!!
