Precision was very quick to respond, even on a weekend, and sent a technician the next day. After determining the old opener was beyond saving, they were able to install a new opener that afternoon and the process was very efficient. Not only did they install the new opener, but they also helped me set it up to be controlled form my phone and from my car. Very satisfied with the quality of their service.

Josey was the repair/ install man that did the work. He installed a new opener, replaced the weather strip and new rollers. Josey was on time, courteous and had an easy going personality. Exceptional service. 5 star work is rare in today’s workplace. Sincerely James Crawford
