I had Precision install openers at both my lake house in Ridgedale, and Springfield residence. Their service was immediate, and since I knew what I wanted they were able to wave the normal service call required when they have to come out and review a situation first. The owner himself called me with the prices and they were competitive. The techs were great, fast and professional (I had Caleb at both places). I would recommend this company without hesitation, as a matter of fact I'm going to have them replace the door in Spfd, price was right and I have no doubt they will install properly.

The replacement of our older door opener went very well. Technician Caleb Swisher arrived as promised and did an excellent job in explaining our options regarding new openers and addressed our questions regarding other aspects of door operation. He answered all questions and provided good advise on future concerns. The work was completed and we were very pleased with the end result.
