Garage Door Repair Reviews in Springfield Area, MO (Updated July 2026)

Josh Kelley was our technician. His business card shows a Nixa address. He called to tell us how far he was away. His appointment time was 10am - 12 noon. He arrived at 10:25. He was friendly and polite. He had tons of information and prices and discounts. We agreed with the repairs that he recommended. He worked fast. We are satisfied and very happy that we can get out of our garage again. If anyone should ask us about garage repairs, we would definitely suggest Precision Garage Door...

Appreciate the quick reply and appointment for clearly a non emergency Tried couple others one was no answer the other I sent message to through their “contact us” link. I am super impressed!! I had a spring that broke with my vehicle inside the garage. I called and the receptionist was very helpful and polite. I told her my situation and she got on it. The tech called and showed up before the appointment time and got right to work. The job was finished quickly and looked great. Then he cleaned up the work area and was on to his next appointment. Had a spring break in a 1993 Promax. Grant was incredibly informative and courteous walking me through what needed to be done to fix it and any issues he saw that might occur later. Replaced both springs and barrings and it now works like a champ. Highly recommend very affordable and just did an amazing job.

Emergency after-hours appointment brought a highly-skilled, extremely courteous, totally affable repairman, Josh Kelley, right on time. He immediately saw the problem and recognized a series of difficulties which had been gradually increasing because the doors had been ineptly installed. Josh diagnosed the situation as being essentially unrepairable, and the ultimate solution is the installation of new garage doors, an appointment for which was made for only two days later.
