Technician Jake Jodan arrived at stated time, reviewed advantages of installing the newer type of garage door opener. Jake made the installation of new product in an efficient and timely manner. New garage door opener works efficiently after installation. Jake did an excellent job in the installation.

I contacted Precision Garage Door about an issue with our door and they sent someone out the same day. Grant was extremely professional and explained everything in detail as to what he did and what our options were moving forward. It was an excellent experience from the first call to the repair. I also appreciated that Grant contacted us with an ETA and also when he got to our home because we have dogs that bark, and we work from home. Thank you, Precision Garage Door Service. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. My garage door broke on Wednesday and they had it completely replaced on Saturday. They're a little pricey, but I got 0% financing for 12 months and I feel that they are worth every penny. They were very friendly and professional and did a great job replacing my door and door opener.

I saw your company at the Fairground a couple of weeks ago, enjoyed talking to one of your reps. She was very informative about things I didn't know. Your company was the only one that responded when I went on line. The tech that came to my house was the best !!! He was very knowledgeable to explain information about installing glass panels in the garagedoors. He also moved a heavy flower pot for me with no hesitation.
