Precision Door installed our beautiful garage doors December 3, 2024. My husband recently heard a jerking sound as the smaller door finished raising. We called immediately to have Precision Door come out and adjust the small door. The technician arrived on time, listened to my husband's concerns, and proceeded to assess the concern. After 3 tries, it turned out the door was perfectly aligned and hubby may have thought he heard something but the raising of the door was correct. Thank you for the prompt and professional service.

Blake installed New springs,rollers,cables. Was very polite and did his job quickly. The only thing I might mention is that they wipe down the inside of door panels from hand prints when finished. All in all was very pleased with the service and kindness of your technician Blake.

My week ended last with me being locked in my garage and not being able to open the garage door. The following Monday, precision door services showed up. They sent Grant, and just wow! I thought service was dead in America! I was 100% wrong. He showed up when he said he would, and diagnosed my situation with the garage door. Kindness means something to the people receiving it.
