He immediately saw the problem and recognized a series of difficulties which had been gradually increasing because the doors had been ineptly installed. Josh diagnosed the situation as being essentially unrepairable, and the ultimate solution is the installation of new garage doors, an appointment for which was made for only two days later. Caleb the tech that came out to inspect my garage door, did a great job. He replaced the door rollers and found a cracked hinge which i didn't even notice when i inspected the door before i made the appointment. Caleb also lubed all the hinges and inspected everything and now my garage door works like it was new. Thank you Caleb for the quick service!
