My week ended last with me being locked in my garage and not being able to open the garage door. The following Monday, precision door services showed up. They sent Grant, and just wow! I thought service was dead in America! I was 100% wrong. He showed up when he said he would, and diagnosed my situation with the garage door. Kindness means something to the people receiving it. He fixed the door with precision and speed, while taking the time to answer my kids questions. Great service from a great technician, may The Lord bless this company, because we the people need more like them. Thank you precision and thank you Grant.

My fix was fairly simple, but after a storm and a power outage it was a big deal to us. I was able to book same day. Our tech was great. Knew we were without power and even offered to pick me up a coffee. Super professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Precision based on my experience.

Our Technician was Grant, when he called to tell me he was on the way, he offered to buy me a cup of coffee. I have never had any other person do that so knew he would be exceptional. Grant was very knowledgeable, polite and explained things so I could understand. Fixed our current issue within a reasonable time and the price was reasonable.

Manny called and let us know that he finished the prior service call and wanted to see if coming early was an option. He was so polite and on point. Preformed a complete inspection and was able to result the immediate issue with the garage door. We optioned to have a new opener instlled. In no time at all, he had it installed and explaned the way to use it and maintain it. Incredibly professional and very polite. Incredible service.

When I called your business I asked for an estimate to install a garage door opener and adjust the current springs. She said an installer would come out for $89 and determine a price. The installer gave me two prices, $1995.00 and a much higher price. I would have appreciated knowing your company was going to charge that much and I could have thanked them and saved $89.

Ben came and replaced my overhead door springs and bearings. He explained what he found upon inspection of the door and components and performed the work I chose to have done. He did an excellent job and completed the work much faster than I expected. I reached out to precision to help diagnose and fix some issues with an old garage door. They arrive on time, had everything assessed and were able to give a complete assessment of what needed to happen in less than 30 minutes. As the customer we were able to talk through pros and cons of the assessment and prioritize what we wanted done. The service man was able to do everything same day and within about 2.5 hours from arrival. Fast, friendly and I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want. Thank you, we will call again do we ever need anything!
