Caleb was very professional and explained all the problems he saw that needed repair. We discussed the options available to repair our garage door. He presented all the options and answered any questions we had. There was no pressure to choose one option over another. We appreciated the honest straight forward way we were presented the options to repair our garage door. Caleb was efficient and timely, while doing a great job. Thank you very much!!

Brendon Smith and Jake were my technicians today. They were great. Brendon explained everything and patiently answered all my questions. I found Precision on line. I was going To go with another company but1/2 the reviews said they never showed up for the appointments. I read your reviews and called. Great decision. Would use your business again.

Could not ask for better service. We called on a Saturday and spoke with a very pleasant young lady on the phone. She was polite and set up an appointment that day between 2-4. Our Technician was Josh and showed up right on time. He found the problem and got right to work. He was really professional and knowledgeable. Nice guy. We have absolutely NO Complaints. Great company. Thank you so much
