I chose Precision because of the great reviews. I'm so glad I did! Quick service is an understatement! I called this morning, and the work was completed by noon. For a price I consider to be very reasonable, my garage door is operating like a new one. Complete overhaul of all the mechanisms, springs, new gaskets, wheels, keypad, and a warranty. I couldn't ask for more. Very professional and courteous. Brendon is amazing as well. I appreciate the job both of the men did. Attention to all details.

Same day service is a big plus for me. When Brendon arrived he explain want needed to be done to correct the problems I was having with my garage door. He listed three different options without pushing any of them. He completed the work needed and then more in a timely manner. The area was clean and the door worked as smooth as butter. Would I recommend his service, the answer to that is a big YES.

GARAGE DOOR REPLACEMENT Josey & Brendon both came out, We Worked together to get the Door I wanted at a very Fair Price. Lead time on the Specialty door was very Reasonable. Josey did the Replacement, very Professional. Left the Area Cleaner than when he Started. Highly Recommend

I chose Precision because one, it is near my residence and two, it has a five star rating. Impressive. When I have an appointment and the garage door will not open, I need help today. The work (replacing springs) was completed the same day I reported the problem. The employee explained options for the repair and gave an estimate. The work site was clean when finished. This should be a given, but it isn't always the case. My thanks goes to Precision Door, Hwy CC, Nixa, MO for good service and respectful employees.

You definitely met our expectations. we called yesterday about out garage door not working properly. Gage came today and was very prompt and professional. He checked out our garage door and gave us an estimate for the cost. He also gave us several options and let us pick the one that was best for us. He promptly went to work on repairing our motor and track even with the oppressive heat today. He did a wonderful job and worked so hard to get it finished in a timely manner. Thank you so much and thanks to your service technician he is an asset to your company.

When our garage door opener "died" we looked on BBB for ratings and comments. Precision Garage Door's name was at the top of their list with great recommendations so we called. Brendon arrived at the agreed time and inspected our old system, gave us information with options for repair and/or replacement. Brendon was informative, professional and very kind to us and helped us make an informed decision on how to resolve our problem. Brendon arrived, assessed the situation, gave me my options and I picked the Precision package for my problem. Brendon went right to work and now garage door works like new. Brendon was professional, helpful, courteous and I would give him and the company five stars. I liked the fact that they were able to respond same day so that my garage door would not remain open all night.

Fast and Friendly - no upselling. I called Precision for a small issue with my garage door. They were able to make a service call the very next day. The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my door within two hours. He also made suggestions to extend the life of my door and electric motor, but did not try to upsell me. I will definitely call Precision again when needed.
