Excellent response to our issue of the door not opening. Called early today and technician was here within 2 hours. The only negative was when calling, CS couldn’t find our info except for my name other than that, wrong address(which was your company address) and wrong phone number). Very confusing.

Aaron Espy was very pleasant and explained to me what he was doing. He checked the door seal as that is what I needed due to rain water leaking under the door into the garage. He also lubed the springs, etc on the door.

Very impressed by your fast response time and excellent repair done by your technician Aaron Espy.. Your tech was here in an hour and a half after I called. He did a thorough inspection of the rollers and gave three estimates. I just needed a broken spring replaced and he did it quickly.

Could not ask for better service. We called on a Saturday and spoke with a very pleasant young lady on the phone. She was polite and set up an appointment that day between 2-4. Our Technician was Josh and showed up right on time. He found the problem and got right to work. He was really professional and knowledgeable. Nice guy. We have absolutely NO Complaints. Our garage door broke this morning. It was around 10:00 this morning. We called Precision which is just around the corner from where we live. Josh showed up at 12:00 noon and left around 3:30. We were so appreciable of him coming on a Saturday. He knew by looking what the problem was and he had all the parts with him to fix it. He was great to work with and went over with us the different options he had to fix it. We would definitely call Precision in the future if we have any issues. Thanks again for being there on a Saturday and Josh is definitely an asset to have.

For the past 26 years I have used a major nationwide garage door company for my garage door needs. I called Precision Garage Door for the first time today. Aaron Espy arrived within 2 hours of my call and he was professional, personal and I really liked him. He was easy to talk to and knew what he was doing. I told him what I needed, he wrote an estimate and I was extremely happy with the price. He repaired one of my doors while he was there and ordered panels etc. for my other door. The reason I called Precision is I have seen their trucks while driving around and realized they are located close to me. Glad I called!

Saturday morning and I can not get out of the garage, broken spring, holiday weekend. thought for sure i would have to pay for extra money due to the timing. Very happy with the quick response.
