Our garage door broke this morning. It was around 10:00 this morning. We called Precision which is just around the corner from where we live. Josh showed up at 12:00 noon and left around 3:30. We were so appreciable of him coming on a Saturday. He knew by looking what the problem was and he had all the parts with him to fix it. He was great to work with and went over with us the different options he had to fix it. We would definitely call Precision in the future if we have any issues. Thanks again for being there on a Saturday and Josh is definitely an asset to have.

For the past 26 years I have used a major nationwide garage door company for my garage door needs. I called Precision Garage Door for the first time today. Aaron Espy arrived within 2 hours of my call and he was professional, personal and I really liked him. He was easy to talk to and knew what he was doing. I told him what I needed, he wrote an estimate and I was extremely happy with the price. He repaired one of my doors while he was there and ordered panels etc. for my other door. The reason I called Precision is I have seen their trucks while driving around and realized they are located close to me. Glad I called!

My garage door was not closing, so I called Precision Garage Door. They were able to schedule me and have someone out within a couple hours. Josh Kelley was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the options for fixing it and was able to complete the service at that time. Saturday morning and I can not get out of the garage, broken spring, holiday weekend. thought for sure i would have to pay for extra money due to the timing. Very happy with the quick response. Aaron cam out in the afternoon, fixed the door and did not charge extra. Aaron was pleasant, clean appearance, helpful. Got the door fixed and I was happy.

We love our new garage door opener - LiftMaster LED is super quite and the lights are nice and bright. Caleb & Phill came out and showed us all the options, made the installation once we selected the opener we wanted. They were both fantastic to work with. I saw a commercial for making your garage door operation quiet, and it got my attention. I called them and they made me a quick appointment. Tech came the next day and fixed my problem with replacement plastic rollers. Made a 90% change in the noise and the smoothness of the operation of the door. I highly recommend both the service and the tech's knowledge and personality. If I have any problems or needs in the future, I will call them for service. Thanks again.

The phone contact was friendly and very helpful, even offering to send someone within the next 2 hours to help us. Blake was the service tech who came out on the call, and he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind, and he resolved our problem immediately. I can’t thank this company enough for sending a young man named Aaron to work on my garage door problems. The unit was so old that the remote wouldn’t work with it anymore and a new one wouldn’t either. He had to install a whole new unit and also discovered a broken spring which also needed to be replaced. He fixed everything with a smile on his face and took the time to explain everything he did and show me how the new system works. Thanks again, Aaron!

Great service! From the first phone call to the follow up, amazing communication and service! The chain on our garage door broke. I called for same day service, but got same (almost) hour service. The service technician, Blake, was polite, professional, and efficient. We were presented with options, and, due to the age/quality of our existing chain/motor combo, we decided on a replacement chain/motor. They gave us several options and there was no pressure to take any of the options. I would highly recommend this company for garage door issues! Signed a very satisfied customer!

Could not ask for better service. We called on a Saturday and spoke with a very pleasant young lady on the phone. She was polite and set up an appointment that day between 2-4.
