Aaron with Precision Door called me to advise of his arrival time, and even asked if I wanted him to bring me a coffee! He was knowledgeable, courtesy, and explained everything that was needed to ensure excellent working of my two garage doors. I was prepared to replace the openers if necessary; however, Aaron advised me the life expectancy of the openers, checked the date on them, and could find nothing that indicated a replacement was necessary for quite a while. He also explained the options to replace the springs, rollers and associated parts on both doors.There was no pressure exerted, and I was allowed to ask my questions and make my own decisions about the options I wanted to choose. I cannot say enough about the excellent impression I have of the company. The quality of personnel that I dealt with, and the integrity and honesty in giving me the information necessary to allow me to decide which repairs were necessary and which could wait many years. I feel that there probably are places who would have let me replace the openers without indicating it really wasn't necessary. I was referred to Precision Door by my sister who had an equally good experience with them, and I will refer them when given the opportunity.

Precision Garage Door did an outstanding job servicing the doors at C&C Automotive. They serviced all five garage doors, replaced a bad switch, and resealed all five. The guys were professional, efficient, and no-nonsense. They showed up, took care of what needed to be done, and did it right. I also really appreciated the straightforward, fair pricing—no inflated pricing or trying to gouge us just because we’re a business. Good work, honest pricing, and easy to deal with. The day started with a phone call from Aaron telling me he was 9 minutes away. He arrived 9 minutes later right on time. Then, after the introductions he got right to work checking the doors, showing me what was really happening with them. I was given options and when I chose the option that best suited my needs, he got right to work. We opened the doors one last time with the old hardware, checked the decibel reading and saw a spike of 79db. After repairs, new hardware, and proper adjustments the doors were checked again and this time a steady 65db. Quite a difference. I consider this a good investment.

Excellent work. We didnt realize how noisy the doors had become, until they were quiet again. I had 20 year old springs, gaskets, and wheels replaced on 2 doors/single and double. Good price. Will call them again when openers need replacement.

Our rollup door was damaged by a tractor and the service team, Phil and Dan showed up the next day to repair. They gave us the option to repair the door but based on the age of the existing door, we decided to install a new door and upgrade to a remote lift. Service team repaired the old door enough to secure until the new door comes in on order. I would recommend this team to anyone that needs repairs or a new door. Very professional and quick to help us out.

Crazy easy to schedule online. Called before they got there right on time (he asked if he could pick me up a drink). Very professional in every way gave the estimate I ask if the other door needed attention we looked at it and decided on a full refresh of both doors. They use better than OEM parts fantastic work would highly recommend!

I choose Precision Garage Door because they did a repair for me in the past and were very courteous and professional. This time I called because I had damaged my door and it wouldn't close. Blake came out the day I called and accessed the damage. I had a couple of options, repair or buy a new door. I decided to buy a new door and then asked about 2 doors so both my doors would match. He was able to coordinate the purchase of both doors and get the first door on its way. Very courteous and helpful. One door had to be ordered but the damaged door was able to be replaced the same day. Austin and Manson came with my new door. Took the old one out and replaced it with the new door. They both were very nice and professional. My new door looks great. They did a great job. Thank you!

Excellent response to our issue of the door not opening. Called early today and technician was here within 2 hours. The only negative was when calling, CS couldn’t find our info except for my name other than that, wrong address(which was your company address) and wrong phone number). Very confusing.
