Precision Garage Door did an outstanding job servicing the doors at C&C Automotive. They serviced all five garage doors, replaced a bad switch, and resealed all five. The guys were professional, efficient, and no-nonsense. They showed up, took care of what needed to be done, and did it right. I also really appreciated the straightforward, fair pricing—no inflated pricing or trying to gouge us just because we’re a business. Good work, honest pricing, and easy to deal with. We’ll definitely use Precision Garage Door again and would highly recommend them.

Crazy easy to schedule online. Called before they got there right on time (he asked if he could pick me up a drink). Very professional in every way gave the estimate I ask if the other door needed attention we looked at it and decided on a full refresh of both doors. They use better than OEM parts fantastic work would highly recommend!

I choose Precision Garage Door because they did a repair for me in the past and were very courteous and professional. This time I called because I had damaged my door and it wouldn't close. Blake came out the day I called and accessed the damage. I had a couple of options, repair or buy a new door. I decided to buy a new door and then asked about 2 doors so both my doors would match. He was able to coordinate the purchase of both doors and get the first door on its way. Very courteous and helpful. One door had to be ordered but the damaged door was able to be replaced the same day. Austin and Manson came with my new door. Took the old one out and replaced it with the new door. They both were very nice and professional. My new door looks great. They did a great job. Thank you!

Very impressed by your fast response time and excellent repair done by your technician Aaron Espy.. Your tech was here in an hour and a half after I called. He did a thorough inspection of the rollers and gave three estimates. I just needed a broken spring replaced and he did it quickly.

The phone contact was friendly and very helpful, even offering to send someone within the next 2 hours to help us. Blake was the service tech who came out on the call, and he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind, and he resolved our problem immediately. Great service! From the first phone call to the follow up, amazing communication and service! The chain on our garage door broke. I called for same day service, but got same (almost) hour service. The service technician, Blake, was polite, professional, and efficient. We were presented with options, and, due to the age/quality of our existing chain/motor combo, we decided on a replacement chain/motor. They gave us several options and there was no pressure to take any of the options. I would highly recommend this company for garage door issues! Signed a very satisfied customer!

Precision Garage Door was very responsive to our needs and handled everything in a timely manner. Grant was very professional and we appreciated his honesty. They could've changed out parts and charged us for service we didn't need, and we would have not known the difference. Grant also gave us several parts that may need further attention in the future for our older garage door. We stopped in the office as we were driving by to make an appointment for our existing garage doors. This company immediately dispatched a young man to our home who worked for over an hour on our old & tired garage doors. He was able to get our door raised enough so we could house our brand new tall vehicle inside-it was a tough job!!! Same day service is a big plus for me. When Brendon arrived he explain want needed to be done to correct the problems I was having with my garage door. He listed three different options without pushing any of them. He completed the work needed and then more in a timely manner. The area was clean and the door worked as smooth as butter. Would I recommend his service, the answer to that is a big YES.
