I called Pricision because they replaced the lift 3 years ago. It took over 24 hours to get service. However, technician Blake Henrywas very helpful and found some major problems, hence I have ordered a new door. My major complaint is when I call I get a switch board operator that is not even familiar with our area. 3 years ago I felt with a local office. Checking your website, precision doesn’t even show up when I key in my zipcode. Had I have known I was dealing with a conglomerate I would have called a local company.
