Great service! Caleb was very knowledgeable and informative. Repaired our door with new springs, opener, rail, and seal. Works smoothly and very quiet now. Caleb got our phones all updated with the app to open and close the door. We are so happy and we can highly recommend Precision Door.

Graham was great. He kept me informed on his projected arrival time and when he arrived was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and pointed out that the new hinge was working. He stated that even though the hinge worked the panels could still bind up over time and suggested we put a reinforcement bar to eliminate the problem and I agreed. So now my garage door operates as it should.

Our garage door springs broke Friday evening. The door was too heavy to open. We called Precision and told them we needed to be out of the house by 10 am Saturday morning. They had Grant at our house at 8 am Saturday and had our door repaired before 10am!!! Grant was very professional and friendly. Showed us what was broken and inspected the whole door for other parts that may be damaged. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service or replacement parts. We were very impressed with the sales/estimator at our initial appointment. He went over all the options and didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want or that was over budget. The door installers were very professional and did a very nice job of installing and then cleaning up. They showed us how the doors and remotes worked, and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

I chose Precision because of the great reviews. I'm so glad I did! Quick service is an understatement! I called this morning, and the work was completed by noon. For a price I consider to be very reasonable, my garage door is operating like a new one. Complete overhaul of all the mechanisms, springs, new gaskets, wheels, keypad, and a warranty. I couldn't ask for more. Very professional and courteous. Brendon is amazing as well. I appreciate the job both of the men did. Attention to all details.

When our garage door opener "died" we looked on BBB for ratings and comments. Precision Garage Door's name was at the top of their list with great recommendations so we called. Brendon arrived at the agreed time and inspected our old system, gave us information with options for repair and/or replacement. Brendon was informative, professional and very kind to us and helped us make an informed decision on how to resolve our problem. Fast and Friendly - no upselling. I called Precision for a small issue with my garage door. They were able to make a service call the very next day. The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my door within two hours. He also made suggestions to extend the life of my door and electric motor, but did not try to upsell me. I will definitely call Precision again when needed.

Used them before and Brandon was excellent replacing two springs, this time only one spring on small door. Brandon was the reason I selected them this time. As good as Brandon is—will not be using them again. There is a $100 coupon on web page for one spring. Didn’t use web page because had sticker on door with phone number. I feel the coupon should have been mentioned. Not setting well. I was told, however, that I would receive a refund check for my veteran discount in a couple days. This was also not given. I think this is a good company but will not recommend based upon these factors.
