I can’t thank this company enough for sending a young man named Aaron to work on my garage door problems. The unit was so old that the remote wouldn’t work with it anymore and a new one wouldn’t either. He had to install a whole new unit and also discovered a broken spring which also needed to be replaced. He fixed everything with a smile on his face and took the time to explain everything he did and show me how the new system works. Thanks again, Aaron!

The two young gentlemen who worked on my garage door were very nice and polite. They called ahead and arrived promptly as scheduled. I chose Precision Garage Door because I like to support local businesses, and Precision has a fine reputation. I was not disappointed. Jesse explained the options available, then he installed my two openers efficiently and skillfully. He also did some maintenance on my garage doors, making sure that everything was in good condition. He patiently demonstrated the features of the new equipment, and took the time to help me set up the my app so that I can operate the doors from my phone. No more trips home while questioning myself, "Did I remember to close the garage door?"; a quick check of the app provides the answer.

Precision garage door responded in a very timely manner. I spoke with them on Sunday afternoon and they showed up the neat day at 8am. The quality of your technician, Grant B. was exceptional. When you have work done you want it done right. The overall experience was more then I expected. Grant B. replaced the broken spring, shaft bearings,rollers and answered all my questions. Cost of service was what I expected. I recommend Precision and will use them again when needed.

I just wrote a glowing recommendation for Dan and Grant, but when I went to check the invoice to see what to call the part, I somehow deleted the whole thing. I'm 87 and my time is valuable, so I'll just tell you, "Call them." Great people, great service, will use them when I buy a new opener (mine is 29 years old, so time to replace it before I get stuck with a door which won't close and it's 10:00 p.m. on Friday night and raining or snowing like mad.) Just needed a new wall button. Done deal. Impressed by the up-date notifications about arrival times. Love Precision

Used them before and Brandon was excellent replacing two springs, this time only one spring on small door. Brandon was the reason I selected them this time. As good as Brandon is—will not be using them again. There is a $100 coupon on web page for one spring. Didn’t use web page because had sticker on door with phone number. I feel the coupon should have been mentioned. Not setting well. I was told, however, that I would receive a refund check for my veteran discount in a couple days. This was also not given. I think this is a good company but will not recommend based upon these factors.

Graham was great. He kept me informed on his projected arrival time and when he arrived was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and pointed out that the new hinge was working. He stated that even though the hinge worked the panels could still bind up over time and suggested we put a reinforcement bar to eliminate the problem and I agreed. So now my garage door operates as it should.
