Our garage door springs broke Friday evening. The door was too heavy to open. We called Precision and told them we needed to be out of the house by 10 am Saturday morning. They had Grant at our house at 8 am Saturday and had our door repaired before 10am!!! Grant was very professional and friendly. Showed us what was broken and inspected the whole door for other parts that may be damaged. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service or replacement parts. We were very impressed with the sales/estimator at our initial appointment. He went over all the options and didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want or that was over budget. The door installers were very professional and did a very nice job of installing and then cleaning up. They showed us how the doors and remotes worked, and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

I chose Precision because of the great reviews. I'm so glad I did! Quick service is an understatement! I called this morning, and the work was completed by noon. For a price I consider to be very reasonable, my garage door is operating like a new one. Complete overhaul of all the mechanisms, springs, new gaskets, wheels, keypad, and a warranty. I couldn't ask for more. Very professional and courteous. Brendon is amazing as well. I appreciate the job both of the men did. Attention to all details.

Fast and Friendly - no upselling. I called Precision for a small issue with my garage door. They were able to make a service call the very next day. The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my door within two hours. He also made suggestions to extend the life of my door and electric motor, but did not try to upsell me. I will definitely call Precision again when needed.
