My garage door had basically torn away from it's metal frame, called about getting a new door that day, was told no, Blake Henry came to look at the door, said I needed a new door and opener. I picked the color and opener. Gave him a check for half of the amount, said someone would call and schedule the install when the door comes in, however he never mentioned any discounts for seniors or disabled vets. He called me when he got back to the office and said the door was in stock, and when would I like it installed, as soon as possible. Austin Calhoun came and installed it and the opener, he was very professional and did an excellent job, would recommend your company to anyone who would need your services.

Grant was my service provider. I had a broken spring, not only did he replace the springs, he went over both of my garages. I needed more than just the springs replaced. He was honest, no pressure, but pointed out what might and could happen in the near future. In 20 years, we had no clue how bad our garage opener had aged. Grant , is so knowledgeable, never once did I feel pressured. His work was amazing, he’s definitely an asset to this company. He’s very polite and kind. I would recommend Grant, from this company, if you are in need of help for your garage.

We recently had a new door and opener installed and it looks and works great. They had a 5 star rating and they lived up to it. Austin and Manson did a great job. I discovered Precision Garage Door service based on the recommendation from a neighbor. His recommendation was well founded!! Following a snow storm some damage occurred to my garage door and would not function properly. Within 48 hours Aaron was here, got the door functional again and let me know what would need to be done to restore everything to its original condition. The service after the snow storm was deeply appreciated and the service provided was terrific. Aaron was very polite, professional, and efficient. I chose Precision Garage because of their proximity first, but I was quickly impressed by the entire staff from the first phone call. They were honest and reasonable about their charges, and you just can't find same-day service at these rates very often. Great, fast service at a fair price. Problem solved and new safety sensors replaced within a couple of hours of my call! The installers (Austin and Aaron) were truly professional and very friendly. I Will be giving my highest recommendations to anyone in need of their services!

I called Pricision because they replaced the lift 3 years ago. It took over 24 hours to get service. However, technician Blake Henrywas very helpful and found some major problems, hence I have ordered a new door. My major complaint is when I call I get a switch board operator that is not even familiar with our area. 3 years ago I felt with a local office. Checking your website, precision doesn’t even show up when I key in my zipcode. Had I have known I was dealing with a conglomerate I would have called a local company.

They were very professional and highly competent in installing the original doors and very prompt and diligent in repairing one of the doors that was damaged, I called at 4:30 wed and Austin was here at 5:30. I appreciated that I only need a new track and not a new door. Very honest. It reminds me of when the doors were installed. One door arrived late and the owner called to apologize and give us a discount. Very professional. I certainly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I called for service late in the afternoon, the service was scheduled for the next day, at a time convenient for me! The service technician was on time. He performed troubleshooting and determined I needed a new garage door opener. I selected the opener, which he had on his truck!! He immediately installed the new opener. He was courteous and friendly. He took the old opener so I didn't have to dispose of it! Great job! I'd highly recommend!

These guys are awesome!!! I was super impressed with the service and installation of our garage door two years ago. Have been very happy with the quality of the door and equipment. Recently, our keypad stopped working. I couldn't get it to respond, so called Precision to have someone come out. Grant B was super friendly, timely, and helpful. He restored the function of the keypad, showed me the process, and made sure that I didn't have any other questions or needs. He didn't give the impression that he was in a hurry to get to the next job, but offered his full attention to any questions that I had about the equipment. Talk about quality and service! You know when you've dealt with a quality employee and a reliable company. And that's who these guys are. BTW, Grant was at our home within 24 hours of my call to Precision. That's also impressive for a non-urgent request.

Austin is Awesome! We were having issues with wind coming in the top of our garage door in the Sides. Austin noticed that there was a stripped bolt and also added a reinforcement across the middle which seemed to tighten everything up so there was no play in the door gap to the wall. He also installed a new weatherstrip on the bottom of the door and made a great recommendation to think about installing new rollers in the spring as ours are getting a little worn.
