While we were on Vacation our house sitter accidently drove her vehicle through our garage door. Because we were away, we had many questions concerning the repair of what had happened. When we returned home, we called Precision and 24hrs later, we had a quote to replace our door. The next morning they called us back and explained that they wanted to help us out with a "promotion" and replace the door plus assembly for free, a $2800.00 savings!!! We were blown away and of course took them up on the offer. In 48hrs of returning from our trip we had a new, upgraded door. These guys are great, highly recommend. *****

When I called I talked with I think Kimi who was very polite and answered everything I asked to get this project done. Job well done there. Within 2 hours I was greeted by Blake Henry. What an awesome person to represent your company. Polite, very professional, and most of all KIND! It’s hard to spend this kind of money but felt very secure with Blake feeling I wasn’t being taking advantage of and KNEW this job would be handled professionally and respect for me as a customer!!! Wow!! Called Thursday afternoon bc my garage door came off the track! Rollers popped out, the track got bent up, door would not close and so on. Precision made an appt for us 8am the next morning! Manny called Friday morning before he showed up, arrived on time and was super helpful and knowledgeable! Man does he do great work!! How he did that alone is beyond me. He certainly must be a major part of why this company is so highly reviewed and trusted. Very grateful for him and the company for working to get my garage back up and running, and in such short time. Even though Manny could get my garage working again, he gave me a few options (like a “good, better, best” type of options) I opted to have the old parts replaced (spring, motor, etc), as this is an older garage system. Peace of mind. Manny is incredible! Thanks so much!!
