We called Precision to replace the seal on the bottom of the door and to do a maintenance check. Brendon did a fine job and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After the inspection he pointed out problem areas on our 26 year door opener. He gave us several options. No pressure. Now the door opens quicker, is a lot quieter and the seal looks great.

"Precision" represents what I always hope to experience with any company at the house for service, delivery, repair, whatever it may be. "Grant" was my tech who arrived right on time in a fully loaded, professional service truck with whatever he might need to repair an old, broken garage door lift. He was polite and clearly described what he could do with a quote that was very reasonable so he replaced the old opener (1997 old) and installed a new lift on the door that didn't have one and I am set! Grant and Precision clearly know their business quite well. If there were a 10 star option I'd give them 10.

While searching for a company to repair our disabled garage door we were fortunate to select Precision Overhead Door...but even more fortunate to be assigned Grant Barr and his brother Ben. We called Precision door at 4 o'clock Friday afternoon to come look at a garage door opener that was no longer working. Grant came out at 11 am Saturday morning, and had a new opener installed in about an hour. Very reasonably priced and you can't beat the customer service. Grant explained all my options very thoroughly and even did an inspection of my existing parts. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Grant did an outstanding job!! Thank you
