A friend gave me Dan Codey’s name and company. He spoke very highly of your installation of his garage door. I would rate Caleb Swisher and Precision Garage Door a 10 out of 10. I called and got an appointment the next day. I received confirmation of my appointment. Then Caleb called and confirmed the appointment and let me know he was 20 minutes out. He arrived on time. He explained the various options to repair and do maintenance on my garage door. He was not pushy when explaining the various options. My garage door is so much quieter and smother than it was. Caleb was very courteous. It was a pleasure to have a contractor call and confirm they are in route and also show up when they said they would. The work was completed the same day within the time frame Caleb said it would be. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and continue to use them in the future.

So first of all the only garage door company where you can book your appointment online is precision doors and then I got a call from the Repair guy letting me know how much time until he arrived and then he arrived exactly at that time he gave me a very high tax pictures taken overview of the need And then I agreed, and then he had all the parts on his truck to fixed it in an hour – it honestly could not have been more perfect!!!

Caleb from Precision Garage Doors arrived within 50 minutes of our call for service. He called to let us know that he was on the way and even offered to bring us coffee! He assessed the problems with our garage doors and let us know the various plans to fix them. After he finished the garage doors worked perfectly which is amazing seeing as they were quite old. I had Precision install openers at both my lake house in Ridgedale, and Springfield residence. Their service was immediate, and since I knew what I wanted they were able to wave the normal service call required when they have to come out and review a situation first. The owner himself called me with the prices and they were competitive. The techs were great, fast and professional (I had Caleb at both places). I would recommend this company without hesitation, as a matter of fact I'm going to have them replace the door in Spfd, price was right and I have no doubt they will install properly.

I would recommend Precision Doors and Brendon to anyone needing garage door opener repair or new garage doors for that matter. I called in the morning and he came out in an hour. This was an expensive service call!! The line item trip fee of $89 does NOT go towards any work done on arrival. To realign the sensors with 45 minutes labor - and with NO parts required, the total bill was $248.95!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Precision Garage Door! Both Brendon and Manny were so polite, professional and knowledgeable! They did a very thorough inspection of all parts of the garage door. They figured out what the problem was. Explained their findings and fixed it. In addition they did some miscellaneous adjustments. They lubed everything and my 19 year old garage door opener is now working perfectly and is so much quieter! If you are having garage door problems, you should definitely call Precision first!!

We called Precision to replace the seal on the bottom of the door and to do a maintenance check. Brendon did a fine job and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After the inspection he pointed out problem areas on our 26 year door opener. He gave us several options. No pressure. Now the door opens quicker, is a lot quieter and the seal looks great.
