We were very impressed with the sales/estimator at our initial appointment. He went over all the options and didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want or that was over budget. The door installers were very professional and did a very nice job of installing and then cleaning up. They showed us how the doors and remotes worked, and answered all our questions. I chose Precision because of the great reviews. I'm so glad I did! Quick service is an understatement! I called this morning, and the work was completed by noon. For a price I consider to be very reasonable, my garage door is operating like a new one. Complete overhaul of all the mechanisms, springs, new gaskets, wheels, keypad, and a warranty. I couldn't ask for more. Very professional and courteous. Brendon is amazing as well. I appreciate the job both of the men did. Attention to all details.

Same day service is a big plus for me. When Brendon arrived he explain want needed to be done to correct the problems I was having with my garage door. He listed three different options without pushing any of them. He completed the work needed and then more in a timely manner. The area was clean and the door worked as smooth as butter. Would I recommend his service, the answer to that is a big YES.

I chose Precision because one, it is near my residence and two, it has a five star rating. Impressive. When I have an appointment and the garage door will not open, I need help today. The work (replacing springs) was completed the same day I reported the problem. The employee explained options for the repair and gave an estimate. The work site was clean when finished. You definitely met our expectations. we called yesterday about out garage door not working properly. Gage came today and was very prompt and professional. He checked out our garage door and gave us an estimate for the cost. He also gave us several options and let us pick the one that was best for us. He promptly went to work on repairing our motor and track even with the oppressive heat today. He did a wonderful job and worked so hard to get it finished in a timely manner. Fast and Friendly - no upselling. I called Precision for a small issue with my garage door. They were able to make a service call the very next day. The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my door within two hours. He also made suggestions to extend the life of my door and electric motor, but did not try to upsell me. I will definitely call Precision again when needed.
