Precision garage door responded in a very timely manner. I spoke with them on Sunday afternoon and they showed up the neat day at 8am. The quality of your technician, Grant B. was exceptional. When you have work done you want it done right. The overall experience was more then I expected. Grant B. replaced the broken spring, shaft bearings,rollers and answered all my questions. Cost of service was what I expected. I recommend Precision and will use them again when needed.

I just wrote a glowing recommendation for Dan and Grant, but when I went to check the invoice to see what to call the part, I somehow deleted the whole thing. I'm 87 and my time is valuable, so I'll just tell you, "Call them." Great people, great service, will use them when I buy a new opener (mine is 29 years old, so time to replace it before I get stuck with a door which won't close and it's 10:00 p.m. on Friday night and raining or snowing like mad.) Just needed a new wall button. Done deal. Impressed by the up-date notifications about arrival times. Love Precision

With all the different companies to choose from, precision stood out to me because of its positive BBB rating. The service was excellent from the first call to schedule. The lady was very friendly and kind. Scheduling was quick! Caleb came out early in the time window given and was very friendly, professional, and personable. He explained everything and laid out all the options with no pressure which I appreciate. I will use them again in the future and definitely recommend to others! Thanks Caleb!

Used them before and Brandon was excellent replacing two springs, this time only one spring on small door. Brandon was the reason I selected them this time. As good as Brandon is—will not be using them again. There is a $100 coupon on web page for one spring. Didn’t use web page because had sticker on door with phone number. I feel the coupon should have been mentioned. Not setting well. I was told, however, that I would receive a refund check for my veteran discount in a couple days. This was also not given. I think this is a good company but will not recommend based upon these factors.

Manny came to our resident to check out our garage door motor. It needed replaced so he had another guy come to help install the new one. He had to remove some styrofoam insulation to make the job easier. He was very cautious and careful. He removed it and after replacing the unit they carefully re hung the styrofoam insulation. They did an awesome job

Graham was great. He kept me informed on his projected arrival time and when he arrived was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and pointed out that the new hinge was working. He stated that even though the hinge worked the panels could still bind up over time and suggested we put a reinforcement bar to eliminate the problem and I agreed. So now my garage door operates as it should.

Our garage door springs broke Friday evening. The door was too heavy to open. We called Precision and told them we needed to be out of the house by 10 am Saturday morning. They had Grant at our house at 8 am Saturday and had our door repaired before 10am!!! Grant was very professional and friendly. Showed us what was broken and inspected the whole door for other parts that may be damaged. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service or replacement parts.
