Fast and Friendly - no upselling. I called Precision for a small issue with my garage door. They were able to make a service call the very next day. The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my door within two hours. He also made suggestions to extend the life of my door and electric motor, but did not try to upsell me. I will definitely call Precision again when needed.

I was very pleased with the services provided by Gage and Josie. They were so friendly and courteous and gave me different options on my repair and helped me choose the best one for my needs as well as programming my car and setting up the app on my phone.
