Our garage door broke this morning. It was around 10:00 this morning. We called Precision which is just around the corner from where we live. Josh showed up at 12:00 noon and left around 3:30. We were so appreciable of him coming on a Saturday. He knew by looking what the problem was and he had all the parts with him to fix it. He was great to work with and went over with us the different options he had to fix it. We would definitely call Precision in the future if we have any issues. For the past 26 years I have used a major nationwide garage door company for my garage door needs. I called Precision Garage Door for the first time today. Aaron Espy arrived within 2 hours of my call and he was professional, personal and I really liked him. He was easy to talk to and knew what he was doing. I told him what I needed, he wrote an estimate and I was extremely happy with the price. He repaired one of my doors while he was there and ordered panels etc. for my other door.
