I appreciate the opportunity to recommend Precision Garage Door. This was our first call to them regarding a problem with our residential garage door. The phone contact was friendly and very helpful, even offering to send someone within the next 2 hours to help us. Blake was the service tech who came out on the call, and he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind, and he resolved our problem immediately. We highly recommend Precision, and Blake, and definitely will call them again in the future should we need further assistance with our garage doors.

I can’t thank this company enough for sending a young man named Aaron to work on my garage door problems. The unit was so old that the remote wouldn’t work with it anymore and a new one wouldn’t either. He had to install a whole new unit and also discovered a broken spring which also needed to be replaced. He fixed everything with a smile on his face and took the time to explain everything he did and show me how the new system works. Thanks again, Aaron!

Great service! From the first phone call to the follow up, amazing communication and service! The chain on our garage door broke. I called for same day service, but got same (almost) hour service. The service technician, Blake, was polite, professional, and efficient. We were presented with options, and, due to the age/quality of our existing chain/motor combo, we decided on a replacement chain/motor. They gave us several options and there was no pressure to take any of the options. I would highly recommend this company for garage door issues! Signed a very satisfied customer!

We love Precision Garage in Nixa! They came out and installed our new garage door and opener last week. Dan did a great job assisting us with a door that best fit our unique needs. Precision Garage Door was very responsive to our needs and handled everything in a timely manner. Grant was very professional and we appreciated his honesty. He assessed the issue we were having and came up with a solution very quickly. The problem was simple to fix. They could've changed out parts and charged us for service we didn't need, and we would have not known the difference. Grant also gave us several parts that may need further attention in the future for our older garage door. The door works perfect now and we will be using Precision again and recomment them to others.

Best service ever. I called for a quote and they came out the same day. He asked when I wanted the door installed. I jokingly said tomorrow. He called to see if the door was in stock, since it was an odd size. They had it in stock and they installed it the next day!! We stopped in the office as we were driving by to make an appointment for our existing garage doors. This company immediately dispatched a young man to our home who worked for over an hour on our old & tired garage doors. He was able to get our door raised enough so we could house our brand new tall vehicle inside-it was a tough job!!! We will be getting a quote for new doors - as the level of customer service was simply AMAZING!!

Jesse explained the options available, then he installed my two openers efficiently and skillfully. He also did some maintenance on my garage doors, making sure that everything was in good condition. He patiently demonstrated the features of the new equipment, and took the time to help me set up the my app so that I can operate the doors from my phone. No more trips home while questioning myself, "Did I remember to close the garage door?"; a quick check of the app provides the answer.
