Grant your technician is always great! He's very friendly, courteous, professional, and very punctual and always explains what work needs to be done. I've hired him twice and both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with his work. Your television commercials are very effective and that is what made me contact Precision Garage Door Company first above the rest. Thank you so very much for taking care of our situation with our broken system.

Wow!! Called Thursday afternoon bc my garage door came off the track! Rollers popped out, the track got bent up, door would not close and so on. Precision made an appt for us 8am the next morning! Manny called Friday morning before he showed up, arrived on time and was super helpful and knowledgeable! Man does he do great work!! How he did that alone is beyond me. He certainly must be a major part of why this company is so highly reviewed and trusted. Very grateful for him and the company for working to get my garage back up and running, and in such short time. Even though Manny could get my garage working again, he gave me a few options (like a “good, better, best” type of options) I opted to have the old parts replaced (spring, motor, etc), as this is an older garage system. Peace of mind. Manny is incredible! Thanks so much!!

I just wrote a glowing recommendation for Dan and Grant, but when I went to check the invoice to see what to call the part, I somehow deleted the whole thing. I'm 87 and my time is valuable, so I'll just tell you, "Call them." Great people, great service, will use them when I buy a new opener (mine is 29 years old, so time to replace it before I get stuck with a door which won't close and it's 10:00 p.m. on Friday night and raining or snowing like mad.) Just needed a new wall button. Done deal. Impressed by the up-date notifications about arrival times. Love Precision

I don't remember the technician's name. He was extremely cordial, knowledgeable, and eager to solve my problem. Which he absolutely did. If all of your technicians are as friendly, conscientious, and knowledgeable as mine was, I would recommend your services to anyone. Thank you.

The only thing you have done so far is take our money. I would think you would at least provide a service before you ask for a review.

My week ended last with me being locked in my garage and not being able to open the garage door. The following Monday, precision door services showed up. They sent Grant, and just wow! I thought service was dead in America! I was 100% wrong. He showed up when he said he would, and diagnosed my situation with the garage door. Kindness means something to the people receiving it. He fixed the door with precision and speed, while taking the time to answer my kids questions. Great service from a great technician, may The Lord bless this company, because we the people need more like them. Thank you precision and thank you Grant.

The replacement of our older door opener went very well. Technician Caleb Swisher arrived as promised and did an excellent job in explaining our options regarding new openers and addressed our questions regarding other aspects of door operation. He answered all questions and provided good advise on future concerns. The work was completed and we were very pleased with the end result.
