With all the different companies to choose from, precision stood out to me because of its positive BBB rating. The service was excellent from the first call to schedule. The lady was very friendly and kind. Scheduling was quick! Caleb came out early in the time window given and was very friendly, professional, and personable. A friend gave me Dan Codey’s name and company. He spoke very highly of your installation of his garage door. I would rate Caleb Swisher and Precision Garage Door a 10 out of 10. I called and got an appointment the next day. I received confirmation of my appointment. Then Caleb called and confirmed the appointment and let me know he was 20 minutes out. He arrived on time. He explained the various options to repair and do maintenance on my garage door. He was not pushy when explaining the various options. My garage door is so much quieter and smother than it was. Caleb was very courteous. It was a pleasure to have a contractor call and confirm they are in route and also show up when they said they would. The work was completed the same day within the time frame Caleb said it would be. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and continue to use them in the future.

Caleb from Precision Garage Doors arrived within 50 minutes of our call for service. He called to let us know that he was on the way and even offered to bring us coffee! He assessed the problems with our garage doors and let us know the various plans to fix them. After he finished the garage doors worked perfectly which is amazing seeing as they were quite old. I would highly recommend this business and Caleb!!

I had Precision install openers at both my lake house in Ridgedale, and Springfield residence. Their service was immediate, and since I knew what I wanted they were able to wave the normal service call required when they have to come out and review a situation first. The owner himself called me with the prices and they were competitive. The techs were great, fast and professional (I had Caleb at both places). I would recommend this company without hesitation, as a matter of fact I'm going to have them replace the door in Spfd, price was right and I have no doubt they will install properly.
