Caleb the tech that came out to inspect my garage door, did a great job. He replaced the door rollers and found a cracked hinge which i didn't even notice when i inspected the door before i made the appointment. Caleb also lubed all the hinges and inspected everything and now my garage door works like it was new. Thank you Caleb for the quick service!

Tech came the next day and fixed my problem with replacement plastic rollers. Made a 90% change in the noise and the smoothness of the operation of the door. These guys are awesome!!! I was super impressed with the service and installation of our garage door two years ago. Have been very happy with the quality of the door and equipment. Recently, our keypad stopped working. I couldn't get it to respond, so called Precision to have someone come out. Grant B was super friendly, timely, and helpful. He restored the function of the keypad, showed me the process, and made sure that I didn't have any other questions or needs. He didn't give the impression that he was in a hurry to get to the next job, but offered his full attention to any questions that I had about the equipment. Talk about quality and service! You know when you've dealt with a quality employee and a reliable company. And that's who these guys are. BTW, Grant was at our home within 24 hours of my call to Precision. That's also impressive for a non-urgent request.
