Austin is Awesome! We were having issues with wind coming in the top of our garage door in the Sides. Austin noticed that there was a stripped bolt and also added a reinforcement across the middle which seemed to tighten everything up so there was no play in the door gap to the wall. He also installed a new weatherstrip on the bottom of the door and made a great recommendation to think about installing new rollers in the spring as ours are getting a little worn.

I can’t thank this company enough for sending a young man named Aaron to work on my garage door problems. The unit was so old that the remote wouldn’t work with it anymore and a new one wouldn’t either. He had to install a whole new unit and also discovered a broken spring which also needed to be replaced. He fixed everything with a smile on his face and took the time to explain everything he did and show me how the new system works. Thanks again, Aaron!

Great service! From the first phone call to the follow up, amazing communication and service! The chain on our garage door broke. I called for same day service, but got same (almost) hour service. The service technician, Blake, was polite, professional, and efficient. We were presented with options, and, due to the age/quality of our existing chain/motor combo, we decided on a replacement chain/motor. They gave us several options and there was no pressure to take any of the options. I would highly recommend this company for garage door issues! Signed a very satisfied customer!

While we were on Vacation our house sitter accidently drove her vehicle through our garage door. Because we were away, we had many questions concerning the repair of what had happened. When we returned home, we called Precision and 24hrs later, we had a quote to replace our door. The next morning they called us back and explained that they wanted to help us out with a "promotion" and replace the door plus assembly for free, a $2800.00 savings!!! We were blown away and of course took them up on the offer. In 48hrs of returning from our trip we had a new, upgraded door. These guys are great, highly recommend. *****

Precision Door installed our beautiful garage doors December 3, 2024. My husband recently heard a jerking sound as the smaller door finished raising. We called immediately to have Precision Door come out and adjust the small door. The technician arrived on time, listened to my husband's concerns, and proceeded to assess the concern. After 3 tries, it turned out the door was perfectly aligned and hubby may have thought he heard something but the raising of the door was correct. Thank you for the prompt and professional service.

Precision Garage Door was very responsive to our needs and handled everything in a timely manner. Grant was very professional and we appreciated his honesty. They could've changed out parts and charged us for service we didn't need, and we would have not known the difference. He called to see if the door was in stock, since it was an odd size. They had it in stock and they installed it the next day!!
