We were very impressed with the sales/estimator at our initial appointment. He went over all the options and didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want or that was over budget. The door installers were very professional and did a very nice job of installing and then cleaning up. They showed us how the doors and remotes worked, and answered all our questions. Precision was very quick to respond, even on a weekend, and sent a technician the next day. After determining the old opener was beyond saving, they were able to install a new opener that afternoon and the process was very efficient. Not only did they install the new opener, but they also helped me set it up to be controlled form my phone and from my car. Very satisfied with the quality of their service.

Fast and Friendly - no upselling. I called Precision for a small issue with my garage door. They were able to make a service call the very next day. The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my door within two hours. He also made suggestions to extend the life of my door and electric motor, but did not try to upsell me. I will definitely call Precision again when needed.

I saw your company at the Fairground a couple of weeks ago, enjoyed talking to one of your reps. She was very informative about things I didn't know. Your company was the only one that responded when I went on line. The tech that came to my house was the best !!! He was very knowledgeable to explain information about installing glass panels in the garagedoors. He also moved a heavy flower pot for me with no hesitation.
