The two employees were very courteous and explained everything. Had the work done in a timely manner and there were no pressure sales that you should go this way. This was an expensive service call!! The line item trip fee of $89 does NOT go towards any work done on arrival. To realign the sensors with 45 minutes labor - and with NO parts required, the total bill was $248.95!

When I called your business I asked for an estimate to install a garage door opener and adjust the current springs. She said an installer would come out for $89 and determine a price. The installer gave me two prices, $1995.00 and a much higher price. I would have appreciated knowing your company was going to charge that much and I could have thanked them and saved $89.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Precision Garage Door! Both Brendon and Manny were so polite, professional and knowledgeable! They did a very thorough inspection of all parts of the garage door. They figured out what the problem was. Explained their findings and fixed it. In addition they did some miscellaneous adjustments. They lubed everything and my 19 year old garage door opener is now working perfectly and is so much quieter! If you are having garage door problems, you should definitely call Precision first!!

We called Precision to replace the seal on the bottom of the door and to do a maintenance check. Brendon did a fine job and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After the inspection he pointed out problem areas on our 26 year door opener. He gave us several options. No pressure. Now the door opens quicker, is a lot quieter and the seal looks great.

Graham was great. He kept me informed on his projected arrival time and when he arrived was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and pointed out that the new hinge was working. He stated that even though the hinge worked the panels could still bind up over time and suggested we put a reinforcement bar to eliminate the problem and I agreed. So now my garage door operates as it should.

Ben came and replaced my overhead door springs and bearings. He explained what he found upon inspection of the door and components and performed the work I chose to have done. He did an excellent job and completed the work much faster than I expected. If I have any other issues or want some of the issues he pointed out to be completed, I will definitely call Precision again.
