"Precision" represents what I always hope to experience with any company at the house for service, delivery, repair, whatever it may be. "Grant" was my tech who arrived right on time in a fully loaded, professional service truck with whatever he might need to repair an old, broken garage door lift. He was polite and clearly described what he could do with a quote that was very reasonable so he replaced the old opener (1997 old) and installed a new lift on the door that didn't have one and I am set! Grant and Precision clearly know their business quite well. If there were a 10 star option I'd give them 10.

I reached out to precision to help diagnose and fix some issues with an old garage door. They arrive on time, had everything assessed and were able to give a complete assessment of what needed to happen in less than 30 minutes. As the customer we were able to talk through pros and cons of the assessment and prioritize what we wanted done. The service man was able to do everything same day and within about 2.5 hours from arrival. Fast, friendly and I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want. Thank you, we will call again do we ever need anything!

Very pleased with the work and the price. Brendon showed up on time (actually, early) and finished the job within the time frame he estimated. Brendon was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions politely and with the utmost courtesy. The repair was scheduled for Friday, but I was unexpectedly called in to work that morning. The office rescheduled me for Monday without complaint. I highly recommend this company and Brendon in particular for far pricing, courteous customer interaction, and quality service.

While searching for a company to repair our disabled garage door we were fortunate to select Precision Overhead Door...but even more fortunate to be assigned Grant Barr and his brother Ben. Their parents must be extremely proud of producing two such fine gentlemen who proved to also be dedicated, skilled workers. Their courtesy and concern for us and our property was greatly appreciated as was the expert, expedient manner in which they completed the complex repair. We called Precision door at 4 o'clock Friday afternoon to come look at a garage door opener that was no longer working. Grant came out at 11 am Saturday morning, and had a new opener installed in about an hour. Very reasonably priced and you can't beat the customer service. Grant explained all my options very thoroughly and even did an inspection of my existing parts. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Grant did an outstanding job!! Thank you

We just bought this property and needed garage door remotes programmed for the 3 large garage doors. We had a service tech here within a few hours who was able to resolve our issue and program the remotes. He also gave us a report on the condition of the springs and cables on the 3 doors. Our garage door springs broke Friday evening. The door was too heavy to open. We called Precision and told them we needed to be out of the house by 10 am Saturday morning. They had Grant at our house at 8 am Saturday and had our door repaired before 10am!!! Grant was very professional and friendly. Showed us what was broken and inspected the whole door for other parts that may be damaged. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service or replacement parts. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. My garage door broke on Wednesday and they had it completely replaced on Saturday. They're a little pricey, but I got 0% financing for 12 months and I feel that they are worth every penny. They were very friendly and professional and did a great job replacing my door and door opener.

We were very impressed with the sales/estimator at our initial appointment. He went over all the options and didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want or that was over budget. The door installers were very professional and did a very nice job of installing and then cleaning up. They showed us how the doors and remotes worked, and answered all our questions. The technician Brendon was very knowledgeable and showed me what I needed and didn't need on my garage door which saved me money.. he showed me 3 separate plans for the door and ket me decide which was best for me.. 4 state area should have the Neighborly App and phone number listed in their contacts.. they have a no interest and no payment plan for a YEAR. That should raise some eyebrows
