I chose Precision because of the great reviews. I'm so glad I did! Quick service is an understatement! I called this morning, and the work was completed by noon. For a price I consider to be very reasonable, my garage door is operating like a new one. Complete overhaul of all the mechanisms, springs, new gaskets, wheels, keypad, and a warranty. I couldn't ask for more. Very professional and courteous. Brendon is amazing as well. I appreciate the job both of the men did. Attention to all details.

Same day service is a big plus for me. When Brendon arrived he explain want needed to be done to correct the problems I was having with my garage door. He listed three different options without pushing any of them. He completed the work needed and then more in a timely manner. The area was clean and the door worked as smooth as butter. Would I recommend his service, the answer to that is a big YES.

The ability to schedule time right on Website was great. ( I might suggest that a confirmation email or phone call to assure us that appointment was set, would be a plus).
