The ability to schedule time right on Website was great. ( I might suggest that a confirmation email or phone call to assure us that appointment was set, would be a plus). The technician called to inform us he was on the way and arrived as they said. The crew was clean, polite and very professional. I chose Precision because one, it is near my residence and two, it has a five star rating. Impressive. When I have an appointment and the garage door will not open, I need help today. The work (replacing springs) was completed the same day I reported the problem. The employee explained options for the repair and gave an estimate. The work site was clean when finished. This should be a given, but it isn't always the case. My thanks goes to Precision Door, Hwy CC, Nixa, MO for good service and respectful employees.
