Same day service is a big plus for me. When Brendon arrived he explain want needed to be done to correct the problems I was having with my garage door. He listed three different options without pushing any of them. He completed the work needed and then more in a timely manner. The area was clean and the door worked as smooth as butter. Would I recommend his service, the answer to that is a big YES.

The ability to schedule time right on Website was great. ( I might suggest that a confirmation email or phone call to assure us that appointment was set, would be a plus). I chose Precision because one, it is near my residence and two, it has a five star rating. Impressive. When I have an appointment and the garage door will not open, I need help today. The work (replacing springs) was completed the same day I reported the problem. The employee explained options for the repair and gave an estimate. The work site was clean when finished. This should be a given, but it isn't always the case. My thanks goes to Precision Door, Hwy CC, Nixa, MO for good service and respectful employees.
