When I called I talked with I think Kimi who was very polite and answered everything I asked to get this project done. Job well done there. Within 2 hours I was greeted by Blake Henry. Precision Door installed our beautiful garage doors December 3, 2024. My husband recently heard a jerking sound as the smaller door finished raising. We called immediately to have Precision Door come out and adjust the small door. The technician arrived on time, listened to my husband's concerns, and proceeded to assess the concern. After 3 tries, it turned out the door was perfectly aligned and hubby may have thought he heard something but the raising of the door was correct. Thank you for the prompt and professional service.

Precision Garage Door was very responsive to our needs and handled everything in a timely manner. Grant was very professional and we appreciated his honesty. He assessed the issue we were having and came up with a solution very quickly. The problem was simple to fix. They could've changed out parts and charged us for service we didn't need, and we would have not known the difference. Grant also gave us several parts that may need further attention in the future for our older garage door. The door works perfect now and we will be using Precision again and recomment them to others.

Best service ever. I called for a quote and they came out the same day. He asked when I wanted the door installed. I jokingly said tomorrow. He called to see if the door was in stock, since it was an odd size. They had it in stock and they installed it the next day!! We stopped in the office as we were driving by to make an appointment for our existing garage doors. This company immediately dispatched a young man to our home who worked for over an hour on our old & tired garage doors. He was able to get our door raised enough so we could house our brand new tall vehicle inside-it was a tough job!!! Jesse explained the options available, then he installed my two openers efficiently and skillfully. He also did some maintenance on my garage doors, making sure that everything was in good condition. He patiently demonstrated the features of the new equipment, and took the time to help me set up the my app so that I can operate the doors from my phone. No more trips home while questioning myself, "Did I remember to close the garage door?"; a quick check of the app provides the answer.
