What a wonderful surprise when I happened on to Precision Garage Door Company. As I was searching Google for help with a broken garage door spring, their number came up first. My door was totally not working as I came home late one evening. The weather was stormy. I had to leave my car outside in the coming hail. The contact person answering my call was very polite and professional. I explained my situation in that a seven year old door spring had broken. She set me up with an appointment for the next day. Technician Brendon Smith came promptly as promised and examined the overall situation. Noted was the fact that the new garage doors should have been installed with two springs for the double-garage door not just one. Added to that the previous installer used lesser quality plastic rollers. As we continued to discuss possible options I was convinced that we would proceed with two powder-coated high quality springs. I also desired that he replace the plastic rollers with better quality ball-bearing rollers. He noted and showed me that the three upper stationary rollers through which the support pole rotated for support were wearing down after such a short time from the original purchase and usage. Next, new cables, one on each side to lift the door, were installed. Then their own patented heavy-duty high-quality retrieval rollers one on each side were installed. He added a spike protector to protect the motor and even repaired the lower outer rubber weather protector shield at the bottom on each side which had come loose at no additional charge. Brendon was superior in his knowledge and installation of all materials needed and installed. I was very impressed. The company itself is found in many of the states of our country. They offer a seven year warranty on the high quality parts that were selected. The over-all cost was $1,175.00 Thank you Brendon and Precision Garage Door. Finally, I received a follow-up letter from Dan Cody, owner of Precision Garage Door of Springfield Missouri.

Precision was very quick to respond, even on a weekend, and sent a technician the next day. After determining the old opener was beyond saving, they were able to install a new opener that afternoon and the process was very efficient. Not only did they install the new opener, but they also helped me set it up to be controlled form my phone and from my car. Very satisfied with the quality of their service.

Fast and Friendly - no upselling. I called Precision for a small issue with my garage door. They were able to make a service call the very next day. The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my door within two hours. He also made suggestions to extend the life of my door and electric motor, but did not try to upsell me. I will definitely call Precision again when needed.

I saw your company at the Fairground a couple of weeks ago, enjoyed talking to one of your reps. She was very informative about things I didn't know. Your company was the only one that responded when I went on line. The tech that came to my house was the best !!!
