You definitely met our expectations. we called yesterday about out garage door not working properly. Gage came today and was very prompt and professional. He checked out our garage door and gave us an estimate for the cost. He also gave us several options and let us pick the one that was best for us. He promptly went to work on repairing our motor and track even with the oppressive heat today. He did a wonderful job and worked so hard to get it finished in a timely manner. Dan responded quickly with an all inclusive install price and date after I inquired through the website. The price was actually less than our local Big Box store and for a far better quality door. Gage and Brendon completed the install of our new garage door quickly and professionally! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and will be reaching out for any future needs. Thank you for taking care of us right away!

I was extremely impressed with the fellers sent to me from Precision Garage Doors! Brendon and Gage analyzed my problem. They showed me what the problem was and gave me 3 options to consider before they started working. Those men dove right in and made repairs with a new system that was much more reliable than the previous system. I will definitely call Precision if I ever have a problem again. But I think that will be a long time out as these guys did a wonderful job. They were also very respectful of me and my dog Bubba. Thanks Precision! Y'all did a bang up job!

When our garage door opener "died" we looked on BBB for ratings and comments. Precision Garage Door's name was at the top of their list with great recommendations so we called. Brendon arrived at the agreed time and inspected our old system, gave us information with options for repair and/or replacement. Brendon was informative, professional and very kind to us and helped us make an informed decision on how to resolve our problem. About 1 1/2 hours later, we had a quiet and working garage door system. Thank you, Brendon! Allen and Janet Ritchie

Brendon arrived, assessed the situation, gave me my options and I picked the Precision package for my problem. Brendon went right to work and now garage door works like new. Brendon was professional, helpful, courteous and I would give him and the company five stars. I liked the fact that they were able to respond same day so that my garage door would not remain open all night.

What a wonderful surprise when I happened on to Precision Garage Door Company. As I was searching Google for help with a broken garage door spring, their number came up first. My door was totally not working as I came home late one evening. The weather was stormy. I had to leave my car outside in the coming hail. The contact person answering my call was very polite and professional. I explained my situation in that a seven year old door spring had broken. She set me up with an appointment for the next day. Technician Brendon Smith came promptly as promised and examined the overall situation. Noted was the fact that the new garage doors should have been installed with two springs for the double-garage door not just one. Added to that the previous installer used lesser quality plastic rollers. As we continued to discuss possible options I was convinced that we would proceed with two powder-coated high quality springs. I also desired that he replace the plastic rollers with better quality ball-bearing rollers. He noted and showed me that the three upper stationary rollers through which the support pole rotated for support were wearing down after such a short time from the original purchase and usage. Next, new cables, one on each side to lift the door, were installed. Then their own patented heavy-duty high-quality retrieval rollers one on each side were installed. He added a spike protector to protect the motor and even repaired the lower outer rubber weather protector shield at the bottom on each side which had come loose at no additional charge. Brendon was superior in his knowledge and installation of all materials needed and installed. I was very impressed. The company itself is found in many of the states of our country. They offer a seven year warranty on the high quality parts that were selected. The over-all cost was $1,175.00 Thank you Brendon and Precision Garage Door. Finally, I received a follow-up letter from Dan Cody, owner of Precision Garage Door of Springfield Missouri.

Precision was very quick to respond, even on a weekend, and sent a technician the next day. After determining the old opener was beyond saving, they were able to install a new opener that afternoon and the process was very efficient. Not only did they install the new opener, but they also helped me set it up to be controlled form my phone and from my car. Very satisfied with the quality of their service.

Fast and Friendly - no upselling. I called Precision for a small issue with my garage door. They were able to make a service call the very next day. The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my door within two hours. He also made suggestions to extend the life of my door and electric motor, but did not try to upsell me. I will definitely call Precision again when needed.

I went to yelp to look for a garage door company to fix my garage, and I had also talked to one of my neighbors. Thank you for all of your help.

I saw your company at the Fairground a couple of weeks ago, enjoyed talking to one of your reps. She was very informative about things I didn't know. Your company was the only one that responded when I went on line. The tech that came to my house was the best !!! He was very knowledgeable to explain information about installing glass panels in the garagedoors. He also moved a heavy flower pot for me with no hesitation.
