I am super impressed!! I had a spring that broke with my vehicle inside the garage. I called and the receptionist was very helpful and polite. I told her my situation and she got on it. The tech called and showed up before the appointment time and got right to work. The job was finished quickly and looked great. Then he cleaned up the work area and was on to his next appointment. Had a spring break in a 1993 Promax. Grant was incredibly informative and courteous walking me through what needed to be done to fix it and any issues he saw that might occur later. Replaced both springs and barrings and it now works like a champ. Highly recommend very affordable and just did an amazing job.

Crazy easy to schedule online. Called before they got there right on time (he asked if he could pick me up a drink). I choose Precision Garage Door because they did a repair for me in the past and were very courteous and professional. This time I called because I had damaged my door and it wouldn't close. Blake came out the day I called and accessed the damage. I had a couple of options, repair or buy a new door. I decided to buy a new door and then asked about 2 doors so both my doors would match. He was able to coordinate the purchase of both doors and get the first door on its way. Very courteous and helpful. One door had to be ordered but the damaged door was able to be replaced the same day. Austin and Manson came with my new door. Took the old one out and replaced it with the new door. They both were very nice and professional. My new door looks great. They did a great job. Thank you!
