Precision door was so easy and so nice to work with from making the appointment to the technicians who came out. Grant and Josh were my technicians; they were so so nice and explained everything before hand; didn't push for extras just gave me options and did an excellant job fixing our garage doors. I highly recommend precision garage door and when it comes time to actually having to replace the doors which I will have to do at some point; (we just so happen to have very heavy wooden doors that are starting to show some wear) I will for sure use Precision garage doors without a doubt. Caleb was the service provider. He was punctual, arriving at the time he stated he would in the phone call prior to the appointment. He addressed three concerns I had. He provided options and advice regarding my issues. My issues were all addressed. One completely, and the other two in the best way possible. Those issues lie with the door and the door manufacturer. I received a Veteran's discount (APPRECIATED), as advertised, and the ratings in the advertising were useful. Caleb was definitely courteous and professional. My expectations were definitely met.

One evening on our way out to dinner, our double garage door didn't want to close. It kept going up and down. We made certain the beam was not blocked. To avoid the nuisiance we manually lowered the door and locked it from inside. We immediately called Precision Garage Door and the next day they dispatched 2 guys right away. They checked everything out and only found a partial tag may have blown over the beam preventing the door from staying down. After several minutes troubleshooting they declared all was good to go. No charge since our doors were installed not too long ago. Enjoy doing business with Preciswion Garage Door!

We had our garage door openers installed through Precision Garage Door last year. We were very happy with the service then. And this year when we had a small concern regarding the functioning of the garage door opener, they sent us two of their best technicians the very next day. They were thorough, efficient, and extremely professional. They listened to our concerns, and fixed the issue in an expedited manner. They wrote everything down under warranty and did not charge us for the visit. I would highly recommend this company for all your Garage Door related issues.

Yesterday we had the unfortunate timing of the spring in our garage door breaking. I called Precision Garage Door Company, and they could have someone out that day if it was an emergency (car trapped and I had to leave), because we have other cars, I set the appointment up for the next day, so today. Aaron, called about 20 minutes before he arrived. Aaron was very professional and got our garage door fixed very quickly. We ended up getting the other 2 doors replaced since they were older than the one that broke, just to not have them break at an in opportune time. I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door needs.
