My week ended last with me being locked in my garage and not being able to open the garage door. The following Monday, precision door services showed up. They sent Grant, and just wow! I thought service was dead in America! I was 100% wrong. He showed up when he said he would, and diagnosed my situation with the garage door. Kindness means something to the people receiving it. He fixed the door with precision and speed, while taking the time to answer my kids questions. Great service from a great technician, may The Lord bless this company, because we the people need more like them. Thank you precision and thank you Grant.

He evaluated how our garage door was functioning and went through each part to explain its condition and what he could do to improve or fix it. He listened to our questions and answered them so we understood. When he completed the work we agreed to, the garage door was much quieter and he did a great job with new wiring. A friend gave me Dan Codey’s name and company. He spoke very highly of your installation of his garage door. I would rate Caleb Swisher and Precision Garage Door a 10 out of 10. I called and got an appointment the next day. I received confirmation of my appointment. Then Caleb called and confirmed the appointment and let me know he was 20 minutes out. He arrived on time. He explained the various options to repair and do maintenance on my garage door. He was not pushy when explaining the various options. My garage door is so much quieter and smother than it was. Caleb was very courteous. It was a pleasure to have a contractor call and confirm they are in route and also show up when they said they would. The work was completed the same day within the time frame Caleb said it would be. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and continue to use them in the future.
