The two young gentlemen who worked on my garage door were very nice and polite. They called ahead and arrived promptly as scheduled. Precision garage door responded in a very timely manner. I spoke with them on Sunday afternoon and they showed up the neat day at 8am. The quality of your technician, Grant B. was exceptional. When you have work done you want it done right. The overall experience was more then I expected. Grant B. replaced the broken spring, shaft bearings,rollers and answered all my questions. Cost of service was what I expected. I recommend Precision and will use them again when needed.

I just wrote a glowing recommendation for Dan and Grant, but when I went to check the invoice to see what to call the part, I somehow deleted the whole thing. I'm 87 and my time is valuable, so I'll just tell you, "Call them." Great people, great service, will use them when I buy a new opener (mine is 29 years old, so time to replace it before I get stuck with a door which won't close and it's 10:00 p.m. on Friday night and raining or snowing like mad.) Saw the aid on TV and called to see if they would come to Halfway. Surprise, they said sure, no problem. Called 2 other Springfield companies before and they said to far and additional travel expense. Grant got here when he said and 30 minutes early. Gave me the estimate for the 2 garage doors and asked if I was a Veteran. That really impressed me. Nocked 10% off the estimate and 2 hours later everything was done. He explained everthing he did and demonstrated both door operations. Smooth and Quiet! Great job and highly recommend.

This was an expensive service call!! The line item trip fee of $89 does NOT go towards any work done on arrival. To realign the sensors with 45 minutes labor - and with NO parts required, the total bill was $248.95!

Graham was great. He kept me informed on his projected arrival time and when he arrived was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and pointed out that the new hinge was working. He stated that even though the hinge worked the panels could still bind up over time and suggested we put a reinforcement bar to eliminate the problem and I agreed. So now my garage door operates as it should.
