We called Precision to replace the seal on the bottom of the door and to do a maintenance check. Brendon did a fine job and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After the inspection he pointed out problem areas on our 26 year door opener. He gave us several options. No pressure. Now the door opens quicker, is a lot quieter and the seal looks great.

He answered my questions politely and with the utmost courtesy. The repair was scheduled for Friday, but I was unexpectedly called in to work that morning. The technician Brendon was very knowledgeable and showed me what I needed and didn't need on my garage door which saved me money.. he showed me 3 separate plans for the door and ket me decide which was best for me.. 4 state area should have the Neighborly App and phone number listed in their contacts.. they have a no interest and no payment plan for a YEAR. That should raise some eyebrows

I chose Precision because of the great reviews. I'm so glad I did! Quick service is an understatement! I called this morning, and the work was completed by noon. For a price I consider to be very reasonable, my garage door is operating like a new one. Complete overhaul of all the mechanisms, springs, new gaskets, wheels, keypad, and a warranty. I couldn't ask for more. Very professional and courteous. Brendon is amazing as well. I appreciate the job both of the men did. Attention to all details.

Same day service is a big plus for me. When Brendon arrived he explain want needed to be done to correct the problems I was having with my garage door. He listed three different options without pushing any of them. He completed the work needed and then more in a timely manner. The area was clean and the door worked as smooth as butter. Would I recommend his service, the answer to that is a big YES.

The ability to schedule time right on Website was great. ( I might suggest that a confirmation email or phone call to assure us that appointment was set, would be a plus). The technician called to inform us he was on the way and arrived as they said. The crew was clean, polite and very professional. I chose Precision because one, it is near my residence and two, it has a five star rating. Impressive. When I have an appointment and the garage door will not open, I need help today. The work (replacing springs) was completed the same day I reported the problem. The employee explained options for the repair and gave an estimate. The work site was clean when finished. This should be a given, but it isn't always the case. My thanks goes to Precision Door, Hwy CC, Nixa, MO for good service and respectful employees.
