Dan came out to our residence and had a quote for the work to be done within minutes. Tech has also been to our residence previously and taken complete care of needed repairs and preventative maintenance. Nothing is cheap anymore…..Very pleased with their work.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Our technician Aaron was very kind and knowledgeable. He even offered to pick me up a coffee or cold beverage on the way to my appointment. So nice! I would highly recommend!

The day started with a phone call from Aaron telling me he was 9 minutes away. He arrived 9 minutes later right on time. Then, after the introductions he got right to work checking the doors, showing me what was really happening with them. I was given options and when I chose the option that best suited my needs, he got right to work. We opened the doors one last time with the old hardware, checked the decibel reading and saw a spike of 79db. After repairs, new hardware, and proper adjustments the doors were checked again and this time a steady 65db. Quite a difference. I consider this a good investment.

Excellent work. We didnt realize how noisy the doors had become, until they were quiet again. I had 20 year old springs, gaskets, and wheels replaced on 2 doors/single and double. Good price. Will call them again when openers need replacement.

Josh Kelley was our technician. His business card shows a Nixa address. He called to tell us how far he was away. His appointment time was 10am - 12 noon. He arrived at 10:25. He was friendly and polite. He had tons of information and prices and discounts. We agreed with the repairs that he recommended. He worked fast. We are satisfied and very happy that we can get out of our garage again. If anyone should ask us about garage repairs, we would definitely suggest Precision Garage Door...

Service tech spent 25 minutes taking pictures of all components of my garage door and then suggested I replace the springs. My call was to program my remotes. After 30 minutes he said he could program 2 remotes for an additional $75. I paid for a service call $89 and told him to load his ladder.

Appreciate the quick reply and appointment for clearly a non emergency Tried couple others one was no answer the other I sent message to through their “contact us” link. The reply was they were booked that particular day and offered no other possible dates. Caleb was polite knowledgeable and quickly fixed the issue.

Our rollup door was damaged by a tractor and the service team, Phil and Dan showed up the next day to repair. They gave us the option to repair the door but based on the age of the existing door, we decided to install a new door and upgrade to a remote lift. Service team repaired the old door enough to secure until the new door comes in on order. I would recommend this team to anyone that needs repairs or a new door. Very professional and quick to help us out.

The 5 star rating and the great options was why we chose Precision Garage Doors. Baron came out to repair our garage door opener but we had already decided to buy new garage doors. So there was no up-sale. Baron was professional and very knowledgeable about garage doors/openers which helped us to make an informed decision. He stayed and replaced the garage door that wasn’t working to make sure we could open the current garage door until our new garage doors arrived.
