Emergency after-hours appointment brought a highly-skilled, extremely courteous, totally affable repairman, Josh Kelley, right on time. He immediately saw the problem and recognized a series of difficulties which had been gradually increasing because the doors had been ineptly installed. Josh diagnosed the situation as being essentially unrepairable, and the ultimate solution is the installation of new garage doors, an appointment for which was made for only two days later. Aaron Espy was very pleasant and explained to me what he was doing. He checked the door seal as that is what I needed due to rain water leaking under the door into the garage. He also lubed the springs, etc on the door.

I had Precision completely rebuild our door last year which included a 7 year warranty. I was under the assumption that everything on the door was covered. I asked the service representative about the warranty when I called. Her reply was she didn’t have access to that info. The technician was prompt and courteous. He replaced the key pad as needed and then presented me with the $124 bill. He explained why and even checked with his manager. If I had known I could have replaced it myself and saved a service change. Your service and response was exceptional.

Very impressed by your fast response time and excellent repair done by your technician Aaron Espy.. Your tech was here in an hour and a half after I called. He did a thorough inspection of the rollers and gave three estimates. I just needed a broken spring replaced and he did it quickly.

My garage door had basically torn away from it's metal frame, called about getting a new door that day, was told no, Blake Henry came to look at the door, said I needed a new door and opener. I picked the color and opener. Gave him a check for half of the amount, said someone would call and schedule the install when the door comes in, however he never mentioned any discounts for seniors or disabled vets. He called me when he got back to the office and said the door was in stock, and when would I like it installed, as soon as possible. Austin Calhoun came and installed it and the opener, he was very professional and did an excellent job, would recommend your company to anyone who would need your services.

Excellent response to our issue of the door not opening. Called early today and technician was here within 2 hours. The only negative was when calling, CS couldn’t find our info except for my name other than that, wrong address(which was your company address) and wrong phone number). Very confusing.
