I chose Precision because one, it is near my residence and two, it has a five star rating. Impressive. When I have an appointment and the garage door will not open, I need help today. The work (replacing springs) was completed the same day I reported the problem. The employee explained options for the repair and gave an estimate. The work site was clean when finished. This should be a given, but it isn't always the case. My thanks goes to Precision Door, Hwy CC, Nixa, MO for good service and respectful employees.

Brendon Smith and Jake were my technicians today. They were great. Brendon explained everything and patiently answered all my questions. I found Precision on line. I was going To go with another company but1/2 the reviews said they never showed up for the appointments. I read your reviews and called. Great decision. Would use your business again.

You definitely met our expectations. we called yesterday about out garage door not working properly. Gage came today and was very prompt and professional. He checked out our garage door and gave us an estimate for the cost. He also gave us several options and let us pick the one that was best for us. He promptly went to work on repairing our motor and track even with the oppressive heat today. He did a wonderful job and worked so hard to get it finished in a timely manner. I was extremely impressed with the fellers sent to me from Precision Garage Doors! Brendon and Gage analyzed my problem.They showed me what the problem was and gave me 3 options to consider before they started working. Those men dove right in and made repairs with a new system that was much more reliable than the previous system. I will definitely call Precision if I ever have a problem again. But I think that will be a long time out as these guys did a wonderful job. They were also very respectful of me and my dog Bubba. Thanks Precision! Y'all did a bang up job!

When our garage door opener "died" we looked on BBB for ratings and comments. Precision Garage Door's name was at the top of their list with great recommendations so we called. Brendon arrived at the agreed time and inspected our old system, gave us information with options for repair and/or replacement. Brendon was informative, professional and very kind to us and helped us make an informed decision on how to resolve our problem.
