I chose Precision because of the great reviews. I'm so glad I did! Quick service is an understatement! I called this morning, and the work was completed by noon. For a price I consider to be very reasonable, my garage door is operating like a new one. Complete overhaul of all the mechanisms, springs, new gaskets, wheels, keypad, and a warranty. I couldn't ask for more. Very professional and courteous. Brendon is amazing as well. I appreciate the job both of the men did. Attention to all details.

We were very impressed with how knowledgeable the technician, Grant Barr was and how quickly he solved our problem of a broken torsion spring. He also explained why it broke, the lifespan of this kind of spring, and how and why the new one was superior. All questions asked were answered with detail. Same day service is a big plus for me. When Brendon arrived he explain want needed to be done to correct the problems I was having with my garage door. He listed three different options without pushing any of them. He completed the work needed and then more in a timely manner. The area was clean and the door worked as smooth as butter. Would I recommend his service, the answer to that is a big YES.

The ability to schedule time right on Website was great. ( I might suggest that a confirmation email or phone call to assure us that appointment was set, would be a plus). The technician called to inform us he was on the way and arrived as they said. The crew was clean, polite and very professional. They were honest and didn't pressure us and respected our budget and wishes. I could go on and on. I gave no problem Recommending and would use again if needed

I chose Precision because one, it is near my residence and two, it has a five star rating. Impressive. When I have an appointment and the garage door will not open, I need help today. The work (replacing springs) was completed the same day I reported the problem. The employee explained options for the repair and gave an estimate. The work site was clean when finished. This should be a given, but it isn't always the case. My thanks goes to Precision Door, Hwy CC, Nixa, MO for good service and respectful employees.
