He evaluated how our garage door was functioning and went through each part to explain its condition and what he could do to improve or fix it. He listened to our questions and answered them so we understood. When he completed the work we agreed to, the garage door was much quieter and he did a great job with new wiring. My fix was fairly simple, but after a storm and a power outage it was a big deal to us. I was able to book same day. Our tech was great. Knew we were without power and even offered to pick me up a coffee. Super professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Precision based on my experience.

A friend gave me Dan Codey’s name and company. He spoke very highly of your installation of his garage door. I would rate Caleb Swisher and Precision Garage Door a 10 out of 10. I called and got an appointment the next day. I received confirmation of my appointment. Then Caleb called and confirmed the appointment and let me know he was 20 minutes out. He arrived on time. He explained the various options to repair and do maintenance on my garage door. He was not pushy when explaining the various options. My garage door is so much quieter and smother than it was. Caleb was very courteous. It was a pleasure to have a contractor call and confirm they are in route and also show up when they said they would. The work was completed the same day within the time frame Caleb said it would be. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and continue to use them in the future.

So first of all the only garage door company where you can book your appointment online is precision doors and then I got a call from the Repair guy letting me know how much time until he arrived and then he arrived exactly at that time he gave me a very high tax pictures taken overview of the need And then I agreed, and then he had all the parts on his truck to fixed it in an hour – it honestly could not have been more perfect!!!

Used them before and Brandon was excellent replacing two springs, this time only one spring on small door. Brandon was the reason I selected them this time. As good as Brandon is—will not be using them again. There is a $100 coupon on web page for one spring. Didn’t use web page because had sticker on door with phone number. I feel the coupon should have been mentioned. Not setting well. I was told, however, that I would receive a refund check for my veteran discount in a couple days. This was also not given. I think this is a good company but will not recommend based upon these factors.
