I went to yelp to look for a garage door company to fix my garage, and I had also talked to one of my neighbors. They had nothing but great things to say about precision, and they were absolutely right. Josey did an amazing job. You have a customer for life you were a professional, phenomenal company. I saw your company at the Fairground a couple of weeks ago, enjoyed talking to one of your reps. She was very informative about things I didn't know. Your company was the only one that responded when I went on line. The tech that came to my house was the best !!! He was very knowledgeable to explain information about installing glass panels in the garagedoors. He also moved a heavy flower pot for me with no hesitation.

Tech's did a Good Job, would recomend to a friend! Only complaint I have is, my appointment arrival was 1-3:00p.m., and they arrived after 5:00p.m. Thomas E. Quigley/T.Q.

Fast and Friendly - no upselling. I called Precision for a small issue with my garage door. They were able to make a service call the very next day. The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired my door within two hours. He also made suggestions to extend the life of my door and electric motor, but did not try to upsell me. I will definitely call Precision again when needed.
