Josh Kelley was our technician. His business card shows a Nixa address. He called to tell us how far he was away. His appointment time was 10am - 12 noon. He arrived at 10:25. He was friendly and polite. He had tons of information and prices and discounts. We agreed with the repairs that he recommended. He worked fast. Had a spring break in a 1993 Promax. Grant was incredibly informative and courteous walking me through what needed to be done to fix it and any issues he saw that might occur later. Emergency after-hours appointment brought a highly-skilled, extremely courteous, totally affable repairman, Josh Kelley, right on time. He immediately saw the problem and recognized a series of difficulties which had been gradually increasing because the doors had been ineptly installed. Josh diagnosed the situation as being essentially unrepairable, and the ultimate solution is the installation of new garage doors, an appointment for which was made for only two days later.
