Precision Garage Door of Springfield

Precision door was so easy and so nice to work with from making the appointment to the technicians who came out. Grant and Josh were my technicians; they were so so nice and explained everything before hand; didn't push for extras just gave me options and did an excellant job fixing our garage doors. I highly recommend precision garage door and when it comes time to actually having to replace the doors which I will have to do at some point; (we just so happen to have very heavy wooden doors that are starting to show some wear) I will for sure use Precision garage doors without a doubt. One evening on our way out to dinner, our double garage door didn't want to close. It kept going up and down. We made certain the beam was not blocked. To avoid the nuisiance we manually lowered the door and locked it from inside. We immediately called Precision Garage Door and the next day they dispatched 2 guys right away. They checked everything out and only found a partial tag may have blown over the beam preventing the door from staying down. After several minutes troubleshooting they declared all was good to go. No charge since our doors were installed not too long ago. Enjoy doing business with Preciswion Garage Door!

We had our garage door openers installed through Precision Garage Door last year. We were very happy with the service then. And this year when we had a small concern regarding the functioning of the garage door opener, they sent us two of their best technicians the very next day. They were thorough, efficient, and extremely professional. They listened to our concerns, and fixed the issue in an expedited manner. They wrote everything down under warranty and did not charge us for the visit. I would highly recommend this company for all your Garage Door related issues.

Josh Kelley was our technician. His business card shows a Nixa address. He called to tell us how far he was away. His appointment time was 10am - 12 noon. He arrived at 10:25. He was friendly and polite. He had tons of information and prices and discounts. We agreed with the repairs that he recommended. He worked fast. We are satisfied and very happy that we can get out of our garage again. If anyone should ask us about garage repairs, we would definitely suggest Precision Garage Door...

Had a spring break in a 1993 Promax. Grant was incredibly informative and courteous walking me through what needed to be done to fix it and any issues he saw that might occur later. Replaced both springs and barrings and it now works like a champ. Highly recommend very affordable and just did an amazing job.

Emergency after-hours appointment brought a highly-skilled, extremely courteous, totally affable repairman, Josh Kelley, right on time. He immediately saw the problem and recognized a series of difficulties which had been gradually increasing because the doors had been ineptly installed. Josh diagnosed the situation as being essentially unrepairable, and the ultimate solution is the installation of new garage doors, an appointment for which was made for only two days later. Call these folks for the best. L. J. Summers
