I’m in the process of having my garage door replaced, and so far, the experience has been great. Manny was professional during the initial visit—on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. He helped me choose the right door and clearly explained the process, including the wait time for ordering. I appreciated the transparency and communication. Looking forward to the installation and will update once it’s complete, but so far I’m very satisfied with the service. Especially a courtesy call to let me know exactly what time he would be arriving.

A friend gave me Dan Codey’s name and company. He spoke very highly of your installation of his garage door. I would rate Caleb Swisher and Precision Garage Door a 10 out of 10. I called and got an appointment the next day. I received confirmation of my appointment. Then Caleb called and confirmed the appointment and let me know he was 20 minutes out. He arrived on time. He explained the various options to repair and do maintenance on my garage door. He was not pushy when explaining the various options. My garage door is so much quieter and smother than it was. Caleb was very courteous. It was a pleasure to have a contractor call and confirm they are in route and also show up when they said they would. The work was completed the same day within the time frame Caleb said it would be. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door and continue to use them in the future.

So first of all the only garage door company where you can book your appointment online is precision doors and then I got a call from the Repair guy letting me know how much time until he arrived and then he arrived exactly at that time he gave me a very high tax pictures taken overview of the need And then I agreed, and then he had all the parts on his truck to fixed it in an hour – it honestly could not have been more perfect!!!

Used them before and Brandon was excellent replacing two springs, this time only one spring on small door. Brandon was the reason I selected them this time. As good as Brandon is—will not be using them again. There is a $100 coupon on web page for one spring. Didn’t use web page because had sticker on door with phone number. I feel the coupon should have been mentioned. Not setting well. I was told, however, that I would receive a refund check for my veteran discount in a couple days. This was also not given. I think this is a good company but will not recommend based upon these factors.

Manny came to our resident to check out our garage door motor. It needed replaced so he had another guy come to help install the new one. He had to remove some styrofoam insulation to make the job easier. He was very cautious and careful. He removed it and after replacing the unit they carefully re hung the styrofoam insulation. They did an awesome job

Caleb from Precision Garage Doors arrived within 50 minutes of our call for service. He called to let us know that he was on the way and even offered to bring us coffee! He assessed the problems with our garage doors and let us know the various plans to fix them. After he finished the garage doors worked perfectly which is amazing seeing as they were quite old. I would highly recommend this business and Caleb!!

Our Technician was Grant, when he called to tell me he was on the way, he offered to buy me a cup of coffee. I have never had any other person do that so knew he would be exceptional. Grant was very knowledgeable, polite and explained things so I could understand. Fixed our current issue within a reasonable time and the price was reasonable.

I had Precision install openers at both my lake house in Ridgedale, and Springfield residence. Their service was immediate, and since I knew what I wanted they were able to wave the normal service call required when they have to come out and review a situation first. The owner himself called me with the prices and they were competitive. The techs were great, fast and professional (I had Caleb at both places). I would recommend this company without hesitation, as a matter of fact I'm going to have them replace the door in Spfd, price was right and I have no doubt they will install properly.

Manny called and let us know that he finished the prior service call and wanted to see if coming early was an option. He was so polite and on point. Preformed a complete inspection and was able to result the immediate issue with the garage door. We optioned to have a new opener instlled. In no time at all, he had it installed and explaned the way to use it and maintain it. Incredibly professional and very polite. Incredible service.
